Everything was great at the hotel. If I had to nitpick, the soap dispensing bottles in the bathroom were a pain to use.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and coffee was great too! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff was courteous and helpful. It is a 700m walk from the Sundsvall C train station which was very convenient.

an incomprehensible algorithm for entering the garage. We have been to this hotel twice already, but we have not been able to open the barrier with the card issued to us. Every time I had to call the reception to open the passage. They explained to us that first you need to insert a card, and then drive closer to the barrier and only then it will open. But we did not succeed even once. Why these two steps, if you can do one. It's easier when I inserted the card - the barrier opened.

Hotel location, parking availability, reasonable price. A varied and good breakfast. It is also convenient that the hotel has a restaurant. No need to look for food somewhere, everything is nearby.

Upon arrival and departure from the parking lot (garage) there is a problem. The mechanism that opens and closes the barrier is configured in a strange way. I was never able to drive in and out of the garage on my own. Needed help from the hotel reception

close to the train station and the city centre. very convenient. many equipments : gym, sauna. we had a problem of cleanliness in the room and the manager handled that very well! we really thank her for that. breakfast is very hearty.

There were noisy neighbors who were constantly talking and laughing out loud, we complained the receptionist. Receptionist went and requested them to keep the noise level down, despite that they continued, they didn't care at all! that was very outrageous!!!.. so our only night got spoiled.

The bathroom in the hotel room need a thorough cleaning and update. The pillows were very soft.

No ventillation / air condition in the room on a warm summerday. It doesn't matter if you can open the window - after some desperate attempts we could make it. And than you may enjoy all the street noises.

Easy to find, kind and nice staff, fine and stylish lobby/foyer med bar. Little bit used room/bathroom, but clean and comfortable. Modern TV set, strong Wifi signals, good internet connection.

The family room with sofa bunk bed looked a bit weird as the bunk bed was between other beds and the window. The normal beds were comfy, the bunk bed was ok, but esp. upper bed was rather narrow. I haven't found possibility to switch off aircon, so there was a moderate cold air flow into the room the whole night. Overall I consider it slightly overpriced, but other options in the area had similar price tag anyway...

Quite a big hotel with slightly luxurious look and feel inside. Superb breakfast with lot to choose from, all fresh and tasty. There was a special staff paying attention to children even with some in animal costumes. We found the street parking accross small park from the hotel which is free of charge on weekends.

The bad thing about the room we stayed in was that, it was way to warm even if the heating was off so we ended sleeping with the window opened but, enjoyed the nice chill and fresh air. Behind the curtains it was really dusty, and same where the air ventilation was and the door from the room has a gap on the bottom corner. But, for the rest it was okay.

It was okay. Funny because, we got the wrong room the night we arrived and went into someone's room thay was sleeping. But, went down to the reception and the new traniee fixed the problem right away. Nice breakfast and nice hotel.

The colour and insufficient light in the restaurant was disturbing. Modern approach is OK but yours tend to be overdone.
