Room could use ceiling lights, wall lights sometimes felt not enough. Would have been great if there were some spoons/forks in room, kettle would have been great. Also, handle in shower felt not safe, like it was not bolted in wall.

Really great breakfast, large variaty of food. Great location - station accross the street, shopping mall just outside of door, sightseeing places not too far. Fast and easy check in/out.

There was something strange going on with the curtains whereby they don't cover the whole window to give privacy. Where they did cover the windows they were quite thin. Also that the breakfast finished at 09.30 was frustrating. This is fine if travelling for business but if for leisure it would have been good if it was open a little later.

The breakfast was a fantastic selection of good quality products that were fresh. The room was a lovely spacious, clean room and the central location was good for both public transport links and local museums. My son enjoyed the swimming pool.

Building was big and a bit like a maze.

Perfect location near GBG Central railway station, easy to come and go! When checking-in the receptionist asked if mid-stay cleaning is needed. Complimentary coffee at reception at any hour for hotel guests. Great breakfast and booking time slot for it helped to avoid peak times.

Well like I said milky coffee would be nice not strong black. I had to up and down to reception to ask for a kettle for to make a tea. As far as I can tell the kettle tea bags cup should be in the room. And why not put in a biscuit and a little bottle of water it would not cost the earth. These are the things that a traveller really appreciates when there is very little english spoken. I can tell you small things go a very long way and it's not expensive on any hotel.

If you are travelling into airport by bus it's perfect across the square. The train station and the bus station are together perfect for that. Breakfast was nice however they only serve strong black coffee from the machine not nice. Latte or flat white would be far more palatable.

Excellent location opposite main bus/train/tram terminal & surrounded by shops & cafes. Fantastic quality for mid range price. Beds very comfortable, staff were lovely, welcoming & informative. Very hot water & lovely bath/shower. Would highly recommend for your city stay. Buffet breakfast was excellent could not mention anything that wasn't available, an excellent separate section with gluten free & vegan selection.

The blinds did not work in the bedroom. We should have mentioned it. It was annoying. Food too pricy in bar/restaurant.

The pool area was very cold, there weren't many breakfast options for mi child who is allergic to milk, even the scrabled eggs contained milk.

The room was big enough for us and the beds were decent, the sofa bed though was good for a child but not comfortable for an adult. The location was perfect and quiet and the staff were nice.

The pool changing room was very small. But we were never more than three persons changing so we managed. I like to have a kettle in the room and there was none. But the staff let me bring hot water upstairs from the breakfast coffee machine, which was good. (I think perhaps there is usually a coffee machine in the front reception, but it was broken).

Pool was nice, although smallish. Breakfast was so easy and quick, with lots of staff clearing plates and re-filling food. Bread was amazing and fresh. Three minutes walk from the airport bus, half of it sheltered in the underpass. Check-out was quick - just put the key in a box.

The noise control was not well managed. We had a number of nights with people beside partying and drinking all night long. The staff did not deal with the issue as they should have.
