The bed was super soft, not a big fan of it.

The location is amazing, close to the tram (15 min to the city centre). Breakfast was delicious, lots of options (oat milk, vegetarian, gluten free, vegan).

- cleanliness can be improved: windows were extremely dirty (floor 7) and although it was supposed to be a non-smokers room, there was e-cigarettes litter on the window frame

- location: easily accessible from Göteborg Centre either by public transport (really convenient) or by foot - garage: if you come by car, there are many parking spots available for free - breakfast: rich breakfast with tasty fresh products, large variety, and also some typical Swedish food, I definitely recommend it

Easy access to most things with the tram. Small but nice rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the shuffleboard at the reception.

The room we stayed in had everything we needed but it was really small. My fiancé and I were hitting our elbows the hole time we were there. And wasn't a minifridge in the room which was a little bit disappointing.

Breakfast was amazing ! Several options of bread, cheeses, eggs, pancakes... Everything very well done, i would certainly recommend. The room we stayed was cozy and had what we needed for a one night stay, a comfy bed, tv and bathroom . Kind staff always ready to help.

breakfast, it just wasn't tasty even though the open buffet had quite a lot to choose from

there was a shuffleboard table near the reception area, whereyou could have a game with your friends/people arond for free, it was very fun meeting new people that way. free parking in a very spacious parking lot that the hotel provides was such a big lifesaver for us.

Bathroom had quite an unpleasant odor, however this isn't something we mentioned to the hotel so there wasn't an opportunity for them to remedy in our time there. The lighting in the room was minimal which was found frustrating at times given we were there for 4 nights.

The family room was a great set up for us with 2 young children and spacious. The breakfast which was included was great.

On the breakfast coffee taste was awful. But it's not the hotel fault but Skandinavien way to make a coffee.

The only one thing which was annoying: because the rooms were not cleaned each day, the rubbish bin in the room was not emptied. I don not mind that clean service of room and changing towels is provided by the request but would be nice to have rubbish bin empty each day
