Just super little things that would make this place great value! - No kettle in the room - Self service coffee machine didn't work with Apple Wallet (you need a physical card) - Again at the coffee machine, nothing to stir in sugar - The gym lock was broken, myself and another guest couldn't access it on 2 occasions - Vending machine completely empty so no food or drinks available on site - I paid extra for breakfast on Booking.com and got a breakfast bag in my fridge. The quality was actually ok but it wasn't enough for 2 days.

The room was very clean and spacious. Everyting was nice quality (kitchen, shower etc). Self check-in worked great. Wifi was good

Wasn’t the best location for us, we didn’t realise how central it was within the business district. It’s not a location you’d go for a stroll, there’s really nothing around other than businesses but that’s on us for not researching the area more. Parking was a tricky to navigate.

Spacious, clean apartment, great facilities, good communication. Short drive from Mall of Scandinavia, Solna and 20 minutes to Stockholm.

I asked for baby crib and I did not find it in the apartment. The apartment was not totally clean and in the booking they have mentioned about a parking for just 119 SEK per night and I did not find any parking with this descrption and I parked my car in the street and get fine .

There was too little kitchen stuff like plates, bowls and cuttlery. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on, you could feel the springs thru the matras. Also there was no nightlight near the sofa.

I enjoyed the gym and sauna in the apartment building. The room was clean and easy to check in and out. The wifi was also good.

I've rent two apartments, one it smelled of smoke, the other one was not perfectly cleaned... I mean, a completely sticky induction hob, matress cover completely full of spots, dusts scattered everywhere. I expected more attention to check if everything is ok, before the arrival of the guests. Sorry but cleaning well it's the most important thing.

I'll be honest, the apartment was cozy, but I've had some issues with my booking, the staff called me to make sure to fix everything in a few hours, and that is ok.

We didnt had chair for my kid. we didnt got the kod that we can come in the hotel. There was no personal that we can ask what we need. So when we came in the hotel first we didnt know the code and anything about the hotel and room, and i think u should send all information that we need.

It was silent, clean and safe. We had eveything that we need in the room. Btw thank we liked it.

Both the pillow cases seem to be unchanged and smelt. The room door lock was digital with a code instead of with a key or key card, which made me feel a bit insecure when sleeping. You can tie the door knob somewhere somehow.

Had a comfortable stay, satisfied with most of the parts. Convenient location with less than 1km to Kista metro and stores. Especially love it there is a kitchen in the room, really made a difference for me. Good sound proof, didn't hear much noise during my 6 days of stay. Spacious wardrobes. Would recommend this place.

I wish we had more access to cleaning materials, especialy vacuum & mop. They clean regularly, but sometimes if one, say, spills something on the floor and such, it would be nice to clean up earlier than that. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Room had just enough furniture of exactly the kind that I needed. They make good use of the space available. It is very bright and comfortable. The curtains are nice and thick, which is welcome in the summer. The laundry room is free to use if you book it and the machines are high-quality, which is a big bonus.

It was very strange and a hassle that you had to take out your own garbage with you when checking out. It’s not something I’d like to do when staying at a hotel, this is not Airbnb. I don’t understand why removing the garbage can also be included as part of the room cleaning.
