The location was very good at the edge of Little India just opposite an Underground station (Downtown Line going directly to the airport) , so the rest of the city was easy to reach as well. In Singapur terms the room was spacious but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Communication and check-in was very easy.

This hotel dosent clean the rooms and change linen on Sundays. Central Aircon should have been about 10 or more years old. Even at 19 degrees celcius its warm.

Overpriced. no window in the room as mentioned. Very noisy. The staff is not very friendly. You won't feel hospitality.

Reasonable clean. supper location for MRT and other connections. lot of F&B outlets within walking distance. As a business hotel is ok.

The room looks tired and requires updating. The shower located before the toilet meant that the bathroom floor is wet which makes my feet wet when using the toilet & sink. I have to either mop it up or wait till it dries or get my feet wet. The air conditioning is centralised, so I was unable to turn it down during the night - it is either full on or completely off - not a good idea. It was dirty & dusty behind the TV and the drawer was not cleaned properly. Floor looks clean enough.

Close proximity to the MRT. The sheets were clean. Towels refreshed everyday and bottles of water supplied. Staff were pleasant and helpful

The shower curtain has stain on it...and the bathtub was slow draining. The shower head was not functioning to full capacity.

The location...close to mrt station and many food stalls around the hotel. The front desk is accomodating.

Staff behaviour was very rude. He took my money and later come at 3pm. What is this way. ? He could have told me to check in at 3pm. I thought he will allow me to check in. I could have come later and check in at 3pm and paid that time. I had to pay 15$ to check in at 11am. It’s ok u charge me. But taking money from me and telling me to come later at 3pm was very embarrassing and insulting.

The only downside experienced was that the rooms weren't soundproof and the slightest noise in the passageways could be heard inside the room. This was acceptable during the daytime but not after midnight, especially since most guests were very loud. Maybe a notice reminding guests to stay quiet in the passageways will be of some help.

Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, with clean facilities. The hotel is ideal due to its central location and proximity to bus stops and mrt stations. The staff are very helpful as well.

There could have been more facilities like mini refrigerators, Iron etc.

This Hotel is nearby to Jalan Besar MRT Station, just 2 min walking distance. Also nearby there are many restaurants and eateries options. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

you can’t control ac there, you have to call desk to increase or decrease the temperature even you have to call them if you want to switch off the ac. they don’t have staff to pick you luggage to room. the staff is arrogant but not all,, it was so costly compared with facilities ..

Staff was listless and had an excuse for everything that was not upto the mark. They didnt clean up on somedays and when asked for cleanup, said staff was not available.

Location of the hotel was good. Hence access to public transport as well as most local places was sorted. They let us keep our luggage in the store room so that we could visit a few places before check-in

I had a confirmed online booking, only to be told on chec in that I am a walk-in customer was charged an additional 100 Singapore dollars. The person serving on that night was not very friendly.

I like the location within the city center.
