To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe Hotel is quite new and located in the heart of the city with lots of Cafes and Restaurants nearby. Great location close to the MRT, all sights are easily reachable, some even in walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet also during the night, room was soundproof and you wouldn‘t hear other guests speak in the corridor or any slammed doors, which is great!There‘s a nice pool area on the roof. We would definitely come back!

New ZealandLiked this hotel stay. Only point to note is the hotel restaurant/bar was undergoing refurbishment at time of our visit though looking at the space would expect a good experience.
Location was perfect for getting to nearby attractions (Raffles Long Bar, Haji Lane, Bugis St) and easy to get transport to other places to visit during a short stopover. Plenty of food-restaurants options within a 15min walk including Raffles City Mall. Hotel room was modern, clean, comfortable, and offered space to share for the 3 adults in our family group. Staff were always helpful and provided great customer service. The rooftop pool was very good along with seating to relax next to pool.

South KoreaRoom is a bit small, but I think it is common in Singapore.
Great location, friendly staffs, clean room condition. Close to two two bus stops and two MRT (subway) stations. There was a heavy on out last day of staying, but we were able to walk from the MRT station to the hotel under the roof(?) And did not get wet at all.

AustraliaWe were travelling as a Family but hotel management was unwilling to give us connecting rooms, although they were willing to provide the very noisy family in the room next door connecting rooms. The reception area was cold and uninviting.
The hotel is well located in a quiet area close to two MRT lines and the beautiful Fort Canning Park. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the roof top pool was a great place to cool down after a day of sightseeing.

New ZealandThe only negative to the whole experience was the hard bed. It was ok for 1 night, however by the end of the 3rd night I had a sore back!
Location was amazing. The Mrt was right next door, food court and restaurant next door as well, very reasonably priced. Singapura Plaza was 1 Mrt stop away. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly.

United KingdomOur room was a two bedroom family room with two bathrooms. Spacious and had the added benefit of a terrace/balcony. This was spacious and comfortable for our stay with our teen boys. Breakfast wasn’t offered, but there were plenty of options available close to the hotel. Location was great to access all that Singapore has to offer. MRT and bus stop super close to the hotel. Easy to book a taxi through the GRAB app too!
