Good size room. Very comfortable and I like the design aspect of the room. Great location with metro near by and plenty of places to eat. Staff were friendly, a little bit too busy, could have done with another person, but very helpful.

Undergoing construction in the lobby. I asked for tea and coffee sachets in the evening, both nights, as you collect toiletries and refreshment sachets etc. at reception and they said they had none or I would have to wait for house keeping to refill it the following day, which was a little annoying as I'm sure its easy to have a box of both sachets on hand behind reception or be able to get them from the storage room easily. No breakfast being served at the moment. Check in was slow

Comfy Bed. In a good location which was within walking distance to a lot of things. Close by to shops and restaurants. Gym was ok with some cardio machines (bike, treadmill & Elliptical) and a decent size although dumbbell weights only go up as far as 10kgs. Rooms are small, which is expected in Singapore so its ok for a short stay

The Aircon sometime hot and cold even adjusted the temperature. Some of the socket plugs cannot be use as it will trip the power.

The room is very small, but is good enuf for solo. No toiletries provided in room. You need to grab it at 2nd floor. No room cleaning even though I hang a note on door.

1. Pillows are super high one, neck aching. 2. Room phone without proper guidance to call front desk. I try to dial randomly to try my luck, however nobody picks up the call. I purposely go down to 2F, however many people queue in front of counter for checking-in. Only one staff receives them…I don’t wanna bother him, then I returned to 7F. Sigh…

1. Perfect location, about 350 meters away from Blue Line (downtown line), about 650 meters away from Green Line (EastWest line), within walking distance. 2. Quiet, I stay at 7th floor, quiet.

Some commented about the street noise, but this isn’t the hotel’s problem. It is located right on a busy street with pubs and bars, in fact a plus if you want to grab a a quick drink before heading back to your room after a long day.

Location is perfect, close to Soho, local transport and Central area, a lot to view at walkable distances. Rooms decent sized, bear in mind you are in HK Central so property and hotel room sizes in general are premium or very expensive. Ideally ask for rooms in top floors 15 + so local street noise don’t disturb your sleep, after long days walking sightseeing noise could be heard in the evenings but wasn’t an issue at least for us. Walking distance to HK train station, 15 mins, handy when coming and going to the airport using the Airport Express. 5-10 min walk to Central station and trams. Remember you are at the heart of the city so taxi is always an option but be prepared to be stuck in traffic, always easier to walk.

Bathroom flooded while showering as no downward angle / lip between shower and bathroom. Plastic shower curtains which are so gross. Tiny sink with weak tap.

Mould in my first room - mentioned it to front desk after checking in and they immediately moved and upgraded me. New room was clean. Shame about the cheap plastic shower curtain - always gross to have. Bathroom floor covered in water after shower as bathroom tiles flush with shower which was a safety hazard.

Excellent location - close to lots of public transport. Very helpful staff. Beds were comfy. Held luggage after check out. Felt safe in hotel - always someone at the front desk.

Was located very close to the harbor and any other sightseeing spots, rooms are small, but had everything you needed, wouldn’t necessarily recommended for two people because of the small room - air conditioning and Wi-Fi work perfectly fine

Good locations with 3 MRT stations around. Walking distance to Circle line (yellow), Downtown Line (blue) and East west line (green). Very convenient. Many eateries around from breakfast, tea break, lunch, dinner and supper. Hotel rooms are small but clean and neat. You can get your toiletries at the reception counter at level 2.
