Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Poor wifi during this stay. Never had this orobldm in earlier stays. Also no litter bin at entire lobby area.

Takes long to check in. Pre booked rooms should have key card and documents all ready for the arrival of guest. 10 minutes is too long.
Older property but well maintained. Nice gym and pool.

So I booked 5 min before I checked in. Staff claimed they couldn’t find the reservation so the whole check in process became 30 Min+. They had to key in everything manually and even charged me. Not sure if it’s Booking.com or hotel system issue…. It was almost midnight too with an 8 year old.

The Buffett breakfast provided many choices and had been renovated from last year, we found the selection this year not as varied as last year.
Stayed over nite to catch a mid day flight the following day. We have stayed here last year so we familiar with the location and close proximity to airport which by taxi is only 20 minutes away. Quiet room on floor 6, everything about the room was fine.

We had to take a bus to the Metro, to go downtown, but they built a new MRT station in front of the Hotel, which will open in a few months.
The staff were top, the rooms are exceptionally large, the pool is nice, the breakfast buffet fantastic and very generous, the Hotel hosts an international variety of down to earth people and you meet lovely families from Singapore also, all of which gives you a sense of belonging. We stayed a week here and loved it! It was a home away from home. We will stay here again next time we come to Singapore.

Breakfast was disappointing. The environment was wonderful. However, the spread of food was limited, and the biggest issue is the quality of food was clearly below expectations. We had hotel breakfast in Thailand, Malaysia this month and found this hotel being the poorest taste. Sad for a nation that prides itself on food. On the last day when we woke up at 6.30 am to have breakfast, the eggs section was not even opened.
We like the responsiveness of the housekeeping staff and the fast check out. Both were fast and effective. Checking in was also very helpful and the bags were delivered very quickly.

Hotel was not close to any MRT stations, but we heard this is changing in the next 12 months. Coming in 2025.
The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to a lot of eating choices.

Don’t like the room service arrived late had to go collect the food wasn’t made at hotel if I read it right Had a late breakfast which we paid for it was around 9.45am food looked like it was the leftover to make do till 10.30

Hotel information was not readily available in the room, apparently was supposed to be on TV but didn’t work. However staff were really helpful to provide the required information in another format.

It would have been nice to have umbrellas near some of the sunbeds by the pool.
The staff were all so friendly and willing to assist. We loved the location as it was out of the city centre and had a great Hawkers Market across the road. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Singapore and it will be even better as the metro should then be finished and it will make transport so much easier. We spent two nights here prior to boarding a cruise with our adult childre, so we booked 3 rooms and our request to be close to each other was met as our rooms were all side by side. The shower was good, the beds comfortable and the rooms very clean.

Only two lifts worked. Then these two lifts also shut for maintenance. Had to use service lifts near store room for a few hours. Room aircon temperature control not functioning .
Location opposite shopping centre and closed to airport. The staffs are friendly, efficient and simply great.

We felt the in-house dining options were quite expensive in the weekend ($72 SGD ea for the dinner buffet) or over $300AUD for the 4 of us. But plenty of great choices nearby so all good!
Friendly and helpful staff, close to the airport and well priced by Singapore standards. The beds were comfortable so we had a good nights sleep. Some great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. This was our second time staying here and we will happily return!
