The bathroom is clean but the extractor fan is far too weak, which leads to a build up of moisture especially with Singapore's humidity. As a result, there is a slight unpleasant smell of damp in the bathroom. Had to manage it by keeping the fan on as much as possible. Wish I was able to open the windows a bit, but I'm sure that would mess with the airconditioning (which was in great working order). The entrance is on the side of the building facing a central courtyard between Lanson I and Lanson II, NOT facing the road and not well marked, so that can be a little confusing to find. Easier for taxis to drop you on Eber Rd, as it is the quieter back road behind the building; there is no place to stop on Penang Road which is the main road in the front. But these are really minor negatives! Would still stay again.

These guest suites were a really lovely choice for me as a solo traveller. Very centrally located near the end of Orchard Road and right across the way from Somerset MRT station. The reception is open 24 hours and staffed by a team who are always friendly and helpful. Access to the front door and your room with key cards, always felt secure and safe. My room was more than spacious enough for me (by Singapore standards), clean, neat and modern; amazing extra large bed; with a huge shower as well; TV with limited channels; good WiFi. You're provided with a once off food platter on arrival and there is also tea, coffee, sugar and creamer (no milk) in the room which is replenished daily. My room overlooked Penang Rd, but noise was not an issue being on the 7th floor. Additionally, I used the rooftop pool once which was lovely. There is also a communal kitchen, gym and laundry service (paid) or free self service washing machines. They were happy to hold my luggage after check out for a late flight and even allowed me back in to use the pool bathroom to shower before heading to the airport. Overall my stay in a studio suite was without any issues.

Street address should be updated in Booking, 1st taxi driver dropped us on Penang road, no idea where the hotel was, no signage. Best to use the "back street" (Eber road) entrance where the hotel sign is for your address. No view from the 1 window - that was sad, no view of the outside world, just the walkway and other rooms in the tower.

Convenience to Orchard, MRT and groceries. Very convenient for our appointments, work and eating out! Staff were very gracious and helpful, that makes the stay very special and especially YinYin!! She was very helpful in helping me create a birthday surprise for my wife while we were out one day!! Super service, thank you so much!!

Lanson Place was exceptionally clean. Rooms were comfy (albeit a tad bit small) but so clean that we didn’t mind. Our room only had an interval window that looked into the corridor which was quite dark so we asked to be moved and the team made it happen. The next room was much brighter and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The welcome treats including noodles, fruit and snacks was lovely and daily bottled water kept us happy too. The location is perfect. Just behind orchard road and across the road from Orchard 313, lots of food, shopping and excellent coffee / cafes and eateries. We were spoilt for choice. The staff were amazing and always greeted us, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Our return flight was late at night and even though they could provide a late check out, the offer to use the pool and bathrooms to shower before the flight was definitely welcomed! Thank you so much.

The flat is clean and spacious. The pool area is quiet and the laundry is really handy. Room is cleaned daily, fresh water bottles and coffee given everyday. Welcome pack is really nice too.

The bathroom might not have had a fan and the door didn't really provide any sound proofing. Just a warning if that's something that matters with the people you're traveling with.

The location was perfectly situated between the light rail, multiple bus stops, and close proximity to one of the nearby malls. Anything we needed was a short walk away.

Our rooms are facing inside, the corridor, consider no windows or views. Besides, one of our room's water pressure is weak, shower is like dripping, a bit depressing.

We like the location, easy access to shops and MRT. Hotel facilities are good particularly the communal kitchen and the roof top swimming pool. We need to express our sincere appreciation to the staffs Yin Yin and Ashok who have given us prompt assistance and help always.

Very central location - 200m away from Somerset MRT station and a bus stop right outside that brings you right to the doorstep at the end of the day from most major tourist attractions. Also a very easy walk to major shopping malls eg Ngee Ann City, ION Orchard as well as a supermarket. Complimentary washer and dryer made for a very comfortable stay, as did the cleaning service that was very tidy and discrete. The staff were professional, courteous and always ready to help. We will definitely be back again!

No vehicle drop off area so friends who dropped us off stopped us on the road… not really an issue at all.

Location was great and close walking distance to two train stations and shops. Staff were always friendly and the place is very clean. We used the pool often and gym on a daily basis. The gym is small and when either of us wanted to use the weights area and someone was already there (really only space for one), we then used the outdoor area (door within the gym) so it was fine. Has a communal kitchen which has everything and free self service laundry which we really benefited from having stayed there for 10 nights. We highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again next time we are back in Singapore.

The customer service. I send items bought from Shopee to the address stated. Unfortunately, the number stated as the location is not specifically for "Lanson Place" itself. It is for the whole building which consist of other tenants. Which I as a guest don't aware of it. Regrettably, none of the customer service/ concierge are willing to help to finding it. They simply said, they cannot help without even try to find out. As they are also a tenant there, it should be easier for them to find out, maybe to 167 Penang Rd management, as I only a guest and don't know where to ask about it. It is really a BIG minus point.

I like the location. It is not in the middle of crowded Orchard Rd but close enough to be in Orchard rd.

If anything room a tad small, but still fine.

The staff were excellent and tended to every query or issue we had. The level 10 pool was fantastic and we had it a lot of times to ourselves. At night we took our drinks to the roof top pool and sat on the lounges, great place to see at night. The staff excellent.
