There is nothing to regret, other than the possibility to stay for longer times.

The team was very helpful, lost my card near the pool, the lost one was immediately deactivated and i got a new one very fast. The team is always polite, helpful and always on the smiling side, which i feel in other hotels is not the case anymore i am afraid. These core values are not visible anymore in these days. I do not regret one of last three times i was already there, because every time is was a pleasure.

but LIMO service for VIP guests is mess. Hotel sent letter confirming LIMO transfer from airport. But no driver arrived. Staff apologised on a later stage, that it was miscoordination between them and LIMO service. For Departure was messed up too. Even departure time was confirmed to personal assistant and booking was confirmed, in the morning on time of departure staff at LIMO desc was not informed and no booking was in the system. Spent 20 minutes in front of the desk fuming, missed an opportunity for some affairs, due to late departure.

Hotel is fantastic. Swimming pool area is great. Staff is very friendly, but sometimes need little bit more trying, but it is not crucial. Room is great. Absolutely happy to take decision to stay in MBS this time.

I booked a room with harbor view/higher floors. When I arrived I was told that construction works going on in tower 3 beginning about 8.30 am. I went to my room and it was so loud like someone hitting my head with a jackhammer. I contacted the reception again. It was impossible for me to stay in this room. The guy at the reception (Leon) was very nice and tried to find a solution. Unfortunately there was nothing comparable free except a (bigger) room in tower 2, second floor facing to the street without any view. And I got a credit on my room for any restaurant and bar. Leon tried his best. It’s the management’s fault. It’s not fair to sell people a room for more than 800 € per night that feels like living on a construction site. I was looking forward to have a great view from my apartment and ended up second floor next to the street. Disappointing! Nevertheless the staff made my stay a good experience finally. Marina Bay Sands isn’t just about the amazing pool, it’s also about the friendly people working there!

EVERYTHING. From check in to check out, staff was AMAZING. Courteous, Attentive and Quick to respond to guest needs and request. I will definitely be staying at Marina Bay Sands in the near future. Convenience and the hotel itself exceeded all expectations. Well worth the money and everyone at MBS were helpful, friendly and ALWAYS providing quality service with a SMILE!!! We had excellent service from Ms Jewel at the front desk when we checked in. She was attentive and very helpful to find us a great room. Our stay was really enjoyable, particularly the infinity pool, Ce La Vie Skybar and the bakery on the ground floor. Staff handling luggage on arrival were brilliant.

Everything is absolutely perfect. From facilities, location, restaurants, bars and amazing rooms. Swimming pool on the top is absolutely amazing. Gardens of the bay are just around the corner, Marlion park just across and shopping mall with promenade across the street.

We only had one night here for a layover but . The staff are incredibly. Nothing is a problem we were upgraded for free and to a balcony room with view of the tree garden so we could see the light show from our room. But the pool is the best thing about this hotel. I think this is the only place I can stay in Singapore now.
