To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndonesiaOne of the malay chief during breakfast , he was gossiping to other malay staff ( without uniform) The sio may and bun steam plate was empty so i ask to fill in the siomay , he was so mad at me for disturbing his conversation with other staff . I was waiting for them finnish talking but they were gossiping , they ignore the bun and siomay no more on the plate . The chief was so rude , for 3 days i have been staying there , I felt good for 3 days , staying in the hotel till the last day , such a lazy staff had rudely reply me . So dissapointed .

The hotel turned out to be beyond my expectations! Everything was just amazing. Excellent location gives you the opportunity to explore city center, if you plan to use the metro you can find the station just one minute walk away. Also I want to mention how comfortable and soft the pillows and bed were. 😊 I’ll definitely stay there again when I visit Singapore next time.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The architecture of the hotel is outstanding, beautiful decoration in rooms and facilities. Seamless and easy Check-in and check-out process. They allowed us to use the facilities until late night since our flight departed late. Very accommodating staff and super pleasant stay overall
