The best place to stay in Kobarid, it was my second time here. Clean and warm as always, in the middle of town, with big private parking and nice backyard, welcoming hosts, comfortable bed, quiet area. Highly recommend.

Encourage adding blackout blinds/privacy curtains to the rooms and adding a lip on the showers so the water doesn’t flow over the whole bathroom floor

It would be better, if breakfast would be included in the price. Otherwise, all was good.

The property was very nice and the apartment was great as well. The breakfast buffet was also perfect, even though it cost 8 euros per person. The location was right in the centre of Kobarid. We didn't use the pool, as it was chilly, but I think it is available for guests in the summer.

This is a small town so accommodations and restaurants are limited, and prices are a bit higher, than other places we stayed in Slovenia. However I still feel this apartment is a good value. There is limited parking onsite.

Beautiful, clean, and large apartment with a balcony and a panoramic view of the mountains on both sides. Kitchen was well equipped including an oven and a dishwasher. The staff was very kind and easy to communicate with. We only stayed one night but feel this would be a good base for hiking or river activities in the spring.

Great location in the small town of Kobarid. Easy walking to restaurants and sites in town. Room was large with a lovely patio that looked over an orchard. Breakfast was delicious and the owner was very helpful.

It was pristine! Our favorite lodging of a 2 week trip! Great value , and excellent farm fresh food for breakfast. What a treat for our patio to look out on an apple orchard! Our hosts were delightful.

Room was super clean, modern and nicely equipped with outlets by the bed, great shower, comfortable bed, mini fridge, and a lovely terrace overlooking a small orchard. There was plenty of glassware and silverware for any food or beverage you'd like to enjoy outside. The owner was lovely and very kindly let us keep our car parked at the hotel while we visited the Kobarid Museum after we checked out. Highly recommend!

Neat comfortable spacious apartment in a cute town. Good beds. Loved the handicrafts and local products sold at reception. We tried the aronia wine - delicious! Breakfast was great, lots of choices and gluten free options available. Staff friendly and helpful. There is an amazing restaurant up the road but it was not open every day (we were there in shoulder season).

Such a tasty breakfast with homemade marmelade and juices, local honey and so much more. Lovely staff. Clean rooms with a balcony with view to the mountains. Apparently we just had one night but we would surely come back! Thank you very much!
