The hotel does not have its own parking, so the car has to be driven by the hotel staff to a distant park place for a fee (15 Euros per night). The spa was overcrowded, you could literally not find a free sun bed and it was almost impossible to enter the pool. Additionally, if you forget to bring a towel from your room, they charge you with 4 Euros per towel.

The hotel has great location on the ''riva'', the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, good breakfast.

Dust on the table in the room is not what you would expect in 4* hotel. Then parking place was charged additionaly at the checkout. I look again and it was very missleading info about parking place.

Speaking about terme and wellness I must admit that it was surprising to me the fact that sauna and bagno turco are not included in the price. Secondly at our arrival the water was barely warm, but they solved the problem the day after

Staff super kind and helpful, they did their best to let me keep the superior room for all the stay despite the fact that I had two different reservations and the second was for a lower level room, so we could enjoy the sunset from our balcony! Amazing breakfast! Very clean!

Better variation of bathroom disposables

We are returning to this hotel and hope to return more. The most comfortable beach services at very affordable price, kids center with everyday new attractions, live music every night at cafe CENTRAL downstairs. Tasty cuisine, helpful personnel.

It is not possible to reserve a parking place. Some things already need maintenance. Not only in the hotel rooms, but also in the common areas. Aesthetic flaws which are already disturbing in a 4-star hotel.

The beachfront location is perfect, near to the center and the promenade. The breakfast and dinner is delicious. The inhouse wellness with swimming pool and jacuzzi is a good alternative in case of a bad weather conditions. Nearby parking place. The staff is very nice and helpful.

An “old times” style hotel. But nicely refurbished.

Change the aircondition system to a more effective, since it cannot cool enough when 35-40 C outside (26 C in the room). Waiter system disturbing when collect the used plates: noisy, disgasting to collect food remains at the middle of food hal, in front of eating guest. Solve it other way!

We loved everything

The crew was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean. We were with our 4 years old child, and he felt also really good. The reception and the hall was beautifully renovated. The swimming pool in the hotel was closed due to yearly maintenance, but we could use the pool in the other hotel (Riviera).

At the recepcion we were not told that if we were guests of the hotel we could have paid the dinner 12€ instead of 25€ 4/5 nights we ate at the hotel at the price of 25€+drinks and on the fifth night noone came to us for 5min to sit us at a tables and take our order The atmosphere between the staff was rather unsetling and we also witnessed a fight between the chief of staff and a waiter, because of the hostility anf unwelconess on the fifth nifht of our vacation we ended up leaving the restaurant and eating elsewhere in town The restaurant management needs to be reorganized
