Nicely furnished small apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is in the quiet village, which is great for peaceful break and a great base for sports activities and exploring the natural beauty of the karst (Škocijan caves, Divača cave, Lipica etc). The host was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very cozy and confortable. Very clean and a lot of details to make a good vibration of the stay. We were with the baby and for us it was a little to cold, especially because of the floor tiles, we couldnt let baby to crawl.

The owner was very helpful, we needed to come earlier and she let us in to park the car and use the toilets. Location is perfect if tou want to visit caves, it is 30min hike to the caves from the apartment, very convenient.

Very kind host and his father welcomed us and offered us beer and and tomatoes when we ate our sandwiches in the garden. We were on a bike-packing tour and could leave our bicycles in the garden. Such a beautiful garden with old trees and many birds. We loved it!! The big trees provide a very nice and cool microclimate on hot days. Many many thanks for everything!!

Best place to stay when you want to visit the south-west pat of Slovenia. Walking distance to Skocjan cave (2km) the hiking trail starts behind the property. Other attractions are also very close (Postojna 20min drive, Lipica 10 min drive, Trieste 30 min drive). Very quiet place ,inside small village. Rooms are very clean a comfortable with all the necessary equipment. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Parking is just in front of the apartments and closed by the gate.

The heated floors were wonderful and the bed was so comfortable! It was convenient to walk into town for dinner, and the property connects with the trail leading to Škocjanske park. Our host was lovely to talk with, and she was willing to drive us to and from the train station. The studio apartment is well organized and had everything we needed.

The studio is really nicely made: well furnished, with quality finishes and materials, and beautifully decorated. It's got plenty of things to cook with. The balcony faces the sunrise (for the morning coffee) and the room has daylight from two sides, underfloor heating... It's just perfect. So much so that I decided to stay a bit longer. I wish there was a Zenja everywhere I go! The location is superb too: very calm and at the footstep of scenic walks along the forest and the spectacular dolina of Skocjan caves. Also good to reach by foot from the train station.

you could not hang the shower head up the host does the shuttle service herself so you might have to adapt a bit (in the end it worked out fine)

the Hotel is a bit away from the bus station and the train station but the host offers a shuttle service (you can also walk 10-20 minutes) It was a nice bright room that was well designed, clean and had comfortable beds the bathroom was clean as well and there was everything you might need The hotel is located perfectly to explore the Skocjansek jama caves and national park and after that you can chill in the nice garden The host was nice and gave me tipps on what to do (she also had a folder prepared) I was happy that I had payed a bit more because it was so nice there and I felt comfy

breakfast was not included, since it is an apartment with kitchen. The unit was very modern and looked brand new. Hostess recommended and made us reservations for an excellent Italian restaurant that we were able to walk to. Very close to the caves, which she gave us a 10 percent coupon for. Highly recommend!
