I left the hostel on the 3rd July and until now (18th July ) I did not received the money. I have negotiated with booking.com and the hostel, and neither of them has made a proper money arrangements. This hostel, it’s toilet is very damp. What happened to me here proves that there is a problem with the cleanliness of the hostel, especially the pillows and bed. Their attitude is so disappointing when there is a problem, they have not even apologized, they have not business ethics. Most important is not keeping their promises to pay my medical bill. I hope that if the same thing happens to you in the future, you must call the police first. Only the police can help solve the problem. Everyone should be cautious of this boss who has no credibility and bad morals.
