Unfortunatelly the jacuzzi did not work, hope that it will be repaired next time.

Very good healthy food and kind staff who are very pleased to help in every way. The cleaning lady was superb never forgetting to ask us if we need anything. The hotel was quiet and we were sleeping very well because of that. We spent a nice autumn holiday!

The water temperature was not enough, the water is not warm enough, I think 30 C is not enough in a termal bath. And it was not visible at booking that the Sauna is not included in the price. You have to pay extra fee if you want to use the Sauna.

Food was very good both for breakfast and dinner. The location of the Hotel is perfect, right on the sea side.

Parking is far away from the entering the hotel. We noticed the spiderwebs on the wall before entering the dinning room. The shelves in the dinning room were really dusty.

Cleaners woke me up at 8am every morning even when I put do not disturb on the door. The Aircon did not work. And the heating is on at all times in the bathrooms.

Extra charges for everything (for example, €6 for using a bathrobe, which was extremely worn btw). Dog costed 25 per night, which I find pretty expensive since nothing was provided and it wasn't even aloud to be brought to the restaurant. Parking my car was charged extra,....

To pay for beach place and car park.

I like area around hotel - shops, restaurants, bars, bus to next town. Very clean streets, parks, beaches, pedestrian walks. Good selection of food on breakfast and dinner (daily seafoods). My room cleaner greet me every day with massive smile. Bus to Piran every 30 min (from Piran can visit Trieste- Italy or Croatia).

No balcony - not convenient to dry beach utensils. maybe an extra dryer can be arranged. water in the shower was running out to the floor making a big paddle each time. Room was not very clean upon arrival but promptly cleaned when requested.

A very helpful and friendly reception and hotel staff, helped with garage, luggage, solving problems. beautiful view from the room. convenient matres. room not too small not too big. very nice rose received from hotel management for my birthday. TV channels in my mother tongue and mother tongue of my partner. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice artistic design decorations in the halls, nice entry lobby. Convenient close distance to a wonderfully equipped and clean beach. Beach staff also very helpful and friendly even though a bit expensive but one can understand in the after-pandemic times.

Room was really old with a dirty carpet. Totally need a renovation. Poor breakfast. Not the best service. In general it's not worth the price. For 300 euro for a night you can expect much more. Not recommend.

Though the prices for the services have remained pretty well the same, the hotel prices have gone up significantly since covid... it's the same elsewhere of course, but still annoying...

I've been an occasional visitor to the area for decades, for the thermal baths and sea water pools, and always choose one of the hotels that are now under the Lifeclass name. They are always excellent, from the facilities to the people, even during Covid, though greatly reducing their services, they maintained their high standards. Now that things are almost back to normal, they're nearly back to usual, though still missing a couple of their internal bars, I do miss those...
