The bthroom was a bit old, the hairdryer was small and not up to height; the spa was crowded end its staff not too much kind.

The breakfast did not exceed our expectations. Nothing special. The absence of the receptionist most of the day was disturbing. Most disturbing was that the hotel was locked when we arrived. Only a notice on the door to check in at the hotel next door. No one had informed us of this before.

The sea-view room with balcony was large and comfortable. Swimming pool complex large with lots of water areas. The best in the whole service package. We would like to thank the chambermaid, who was professional, very kind and thorough.

We reserved a room with a balcony and see view, but actually we could only see driveway, car park and other hotels. Our room was on the first floor and there was a heat pump under the balcony producing an unplasant noise.

There are a lot of stairs down to the beach. Could be a problem during the hot part of the day.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a view partly at the sea and partly at the park (marked as park view room) so we were really happy about it. Air conditionong was working great and it was quiet in the hotel most of the time so we could relax and sleep well. Definatelly recommond visit of both spas. Breakfast was delitious and donner was good (not so many choices as expected).

The strange way to cut the way to the sea. You need to go through another hotel and then take the stairs (98) down to the main road. The other option was to go around without stairs

A little bit cold water in the sea

Really comprehensive wellness possibilities, it corresponds to the motto life class wellness style. It is possible to be somewhere even the wetter is not really sunny or it rains. I was taken at my arrival, before the foresehen check-in time and it was provided possibility to use wellness center after my check out so I had nice waiting time until my transportation arrived. Excellent customer friendly organisation. Nice pure not cold sea water in the pools 👍🧜‍♀️

Hotel was good. Nearby to the beach, and restaurants. Our staff was great. Kristina, who was on check in hotel Mirna, work her job very good and she was kind and nice. It is clean and tidy. Breakfast was good.

Parking is a nightmare, especially during the weekends. For the bathrobe, if you use it (and not only if you take it) you have to pay 6 Euros. I have never seen this before in any hotels.

The pool water is relatively cold and the walls don’t block babies crying in the next room. 😏

Hotel Mirna was closed even though we made reservations, so they moved us to Hotel Apollo (also part of the LifeClass chain) and it was nice, clean, with friendly staff. The self-service food is okay but nothing groundbreaking.

The location is not well presented at the time of booking. The hotel is not along the coast but slightly on a hill. Fortunately, it is also accessible by elevators, through affiliated hotels, as well as wellness and bar. The reception is only open until 16:00.

Breakfast can be much better(quality and variation) for the price of the stay. Parking is an issue, even if they say it's available on site- it wasn't, of course! Or it's shared with the other bigger hotels, so it's full most of the time so we used a private parking near by. Same story for the beach beds.

The room was nice and clean, enough space. We only stayed for the weekend so I can't tell much about the facilities.

Parking. There was no place in hotel parking and it was very difficult to find place in public parking and it costs at least 15 EUR per day. Finally i found sth around 1km from the hotel but i lost more than hour for this. I think it should be better organized plus info in booking.com should contain this. I would not choose this hotel if i would had known this.

Reception staff isn’t very attentive it’s a no-go to burden the customer finding a parking lot!!! To pay extra for the bath robe is ridiculous… given the fact that i paid 1,200 € for the stay

We had a lot of problems with parking. The hotel has place for about 10 parking cars so it is expensive if you like to discovers new places during your stay. We spent almost 80 € just for parking in 4 days.

The bed in our room was amazing. We slept like a babies. Rooms looks fantastics, are very comfortable and also the food is amazing. We also had sea view, even if we didnt pay for it.

The overall parking situation was a nightmare. There wasn't enough slot to leave your car, the receptionist recommended to leave the car in a public parking at the main bus station more than a kilometer away from the hotel.....what????? There was only 1 !!! elevator in the hotel, it was almost impossible to get it in time, not to wait 5-10 mins. It was better to use the staircase. Watchout for everyone !!! This hotel is located on a hill, approx 5-10 mins walk to the beach.

The breakfast was good, unfortunately it was the same on every single day. The room was clean, the bed was good enough, the pillows were very bad quality ones.

On the pictures on booking it is much better than in real life. Spa is very old and connected with 5 different hotels . In the end they charged from us minibar 6 times , but we didn’t even open the minibar.
