Location, restaurant, breakfast, staff and facilities were all excellent. Renovation of the property is exceptional. Can't wait to return as soon as possible.

The beds were not very comfortable - for a double bed, two sort of futons are pushed together with a double mattress topper on top which was thin and hard. They also do not provide double duvets so if you are staying as a couple, it is a bit off to be sleeping quite apart from each other. Although, after saying this to the staff, they did add two more mattresses on top which made bed comfier. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet but it is a little way out from town centre - about 20 minutes walk.

The hotel was a beautiful boutique hotel on the lake and we had a lovely view from our room. The breakfast was delicious - hot, cold and fresh fruit and pastries. Managed to get a late checkout until 12.30 too which was really helpful.

The only drawback was that the WiFi supplied by the hotel dropped out as soon as you left the main reception area to go upstairs. Not the end of the world at all but a tad inconvenient when trying to look up things in the room to plan the next day.

The location was absolutely perfect - right on the lake but slightly away from the main town of Bled. The room itself was lovely, a reasonable size (not big but not small) and had a view of the lake. The staff were really helpful and informative, and the food at the restaurant and at breakfast was very good.

Buses only ran once an hour (with some times not running at all!) and it was a 25 minute walk to the main restaurants/bars by the bus station. Wasn’t an ideal walk late at night

Excellent location, the lake is just across the street, as well as a boat station to go to the island. Parking is cheap and easy. The breakfast is excellent. I strongly recommend the restaurant. Their menu proposes delicious local dishes.

Everything was great, the room was lovely, great views, great facilities, great touches with the rituals soaps, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also great, amazing food and service. The location was ideal, and there are boats to the island just in front. If we come back to Bled, I will come back there for sure.

When we arrived, it was already too late. The kitchen was already being cleaned up. We asked the restaurant if they could still provide dinner, and the hotel specially provided dinner for us. The receptionist was very friendly. The view of the bled lake seeing from our room was beautiful.

The road is right in front of the hotel and is quite busy, so the noises could be heard to the room. Based on reviews I jad higher hopes for the level of service - nothing wrong but nothing worth writing about. Bathrobes on the room would be a plus.

The hotel is rather boutique. It doesn't have too many rooms, but it offers quite considerate and individual services. We are travelling with 2 kids. When we first arrive in the room, we see kids painting pencils and papers in the room, as well as kids shampoo, toilet seats, etc., offered.
