Wish I had been staying longer!

The hotel is gorgeous and on the quieter side of Lake Bled. The staff are incredible and really go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The room was perfectly appointed with the most amazing views. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the wine tasting was well worth it and very relaxed and intimate. Will return

Beautiful location. Quite, yet beautiful 20 minutes shoreline walk to Bled. One of the nicest restaurants in the area, with superb fine dining. Breakfast was equally as good. One of the nicest ever hotels I have stayed in. Very recommended

The room was perfect. Very clean and comfortable, with the most amazing lake view! It's in an excellent location for visiting the lake, which is just a short walk away. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb too. We can also recommend the wine tasting!

- Shower would randomly get freezing cold or extremely hot. Hard to avoid since the shower is smaller-average size. - Not the hotel's fault, but my fiancé and I traveled to Bled during the "off-tourist" season so there was construction throughout the city that impacted travel time and accessibility to transportation (if you were without a rental car). This severely hindered our ability to truly explore the beautiful city and national park (since we could only venture on foot). I would assume the hotel has more connections with busses or other forms of transportation to Triglav National Park during the beginning of summer, but be aware of the timeframe of your intended travel. - Again, not an issue!! But Americans, be aware that you have to inform staff if you do not want your room cleaned during the stay. We were unaware and came back to a clean room (we had valuables lying about because we were unaware of this cultural difference). Absolutely no monetary items were touched or missing, but unfortunately, two of our souvenirs' were mistaken for trash (they were empty shooters from a Venezian chapel) and did not realize this until our final day. Again, we are totally to blame for that, but just wanted to alert other unknowledgeable Americans!

- Absolutely BEAUTIFUL view of Lake Bled from our room and balcony that we got upgraded to for FREE! - Close to a few restaurants (within walking distance). - Spacious room with a mini bar, safe, and smaller closet to hang a few items. - Reception staff assisted us with reservations for taxis and restaurants.

This hotel was a wonderful experience. It was like being in a fairytale. The room and the common areas have antique furniture. Our room was comfortable, clean, practical with a huge bed. The bathroom had a comfortable bathtub. The breakfast was special, you can choose from the menu, it was a wonderful and special place. All the staff are polite, kind and attentive. Simon was there when we arrived, his kindness made our stay a good start. We were surprised with a personalised letter and our room was decorated as we were celebrating our 25th anniversary here. I would also like to highlight the quietness of the hotel, the sumptuous views and the comfort of the welness. Thank you for everything and if you can, don't miss this wonderful experience.

It’s a shame that you cannot order from an A La Carte menu (instead it’s a set menu of several courses). We found this tricky as travellers with food intolerances. The swimming pool was a little cold 🥶

Beautiful interior - very traditional and a fantastic location for the lake. Staff were very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend doing the wine tasting! We started in the wine cellar but moved upstairs as it was quite cold, and enjoyed some fantastic wines and delicious cheese and local fruits!

The hotel combines classical elegance, discrete and efficient service with modern convenience, inc;uding the stunning pool with panoramic views over Lake Bled. But the rest of the hotel is decorated with excellent taste, What is striking is how quiet the hotel is, with plenty of spaces to relax quietly to enjoy the amazing view.

Everything! This is the most beautiful idyllic little get away. We had our room upgraded, so had a view of lake bled. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. The views are stunning! The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and nice. We preferred staying this end of the lake with a nice 25/30 min stroll into the centre. The sauna and pool were a welcome retreat after the long days exploring
