The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. it’s located in a very calm part Tatranska Lomnica . The design inside was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Definitely a good choice for the value, if you are looking for a calm and comfortable hotel where you can feel like you're at home. plus the room was super quiet, which allowed us to enjoy full rest.

Wifi signal is strong, but the internet connection is slow, and occasionally has dropouts, so having a call is a problem. Very small and non-HD television, no TV channel list on listed paper.

Central location, own parking, two playgrounds, one inside, and a bonus one outside. Perfect for families. We were in a room with a small kitchen. Breakfast is extremely good and valuable.

Location - very close to the hiking trails and elevator to the mountain. Free parking, so no need to use paid parking in the resort, because everything is in walking distance. Clean, well-equipped apartment with chairs in the terrace. Comfortable beds. Coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was very good with a good selection and timing of the breakfast was early enough for upcoming hikes (7.30-10.00) We extended our initial stay in this hotel because we liked it a lot

In bathroom (which is roomy enough) we missed a shower cutrain and some more places to put our stuff on (towels, toothbrush, razor, etc.). The shelf behind the toilet is not enough and maybe not the perfect location for them.

Nice location. Pretty close to the ski slopes, skiroom underneath, cleanliness, huge wardrobe, new interior. Breakfast is very good, it’s in the neighboring hotel.

Staff of the hotel is very friendly and everyone can speak English, and this is amazing) also we used Sauna inside of the hotel, it was really great sauna with great quality. The bed, especially mattress and pillow, wasn't too comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better. The walls are probably quite thin, because you could hear the neighbours. Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Villa Magnolia is situated in the picturesque surroundings, few minutes walk from the train station. The actual apartment was quite nice, nothing luxurious though, but simple and functional. You've got everything you need. Breakfast was served in the "next door" hotel Kukucka belonging to the same "chain". There was a good variety of choices and everything seemed to be fresh.

Check-in/out is in Beatrice and breakfast is in Kukucka, which is annoying. Running kids in the room above made the stay less enjoyable, maybe an extra layer of carpets would help? TV didn't work at first, but the receptionist made a technician to promptly call us and guide us. Even though we made the TV work, only 1/4 of programs were available and you had no clue which ones unless you clicked through them all. The bath could've been cleaner in the corners by the wall and the shower head was spraying water all over the place. The main bedroom was lacking a chair or a luggage rack. 1/3 of the wardrobe is a wall...

There weren’t hot water. When we informed the staff he came to examine the water and though the water were clearly not hot he claimed “this is Slovakian hot water” though we clearly know from staying in other facilities in the country that this is incorrect. Also, the reception and breakfast are not in the hotel but are located in different hotels by the same chain in the area (in a walking distance but that should be mentioned ahead).

Breakfast was good. The room was well equipped and decorated.

Chaotic breakfast, not prepared before people came, not checked if everything working, not fresh pastries and cakes. Worn equipment in the room (like the doors do not close fully and creak).
