Being 20km from the Hungarian border while not having any Hungarian channel in TV (out of 216 different options with 30+ other languagues) looks strange for me.

I liked the design of the hotel with all details as kind of time travelling by giving the impression of living at the beginning of twenties century.

Breakfast didnt meet my expectation at all in comparison with other 4star hotels in central europe. It is something that will be a "deal breaker" for me in the future. Wardrobes were a bit smelly, but its understandable due to older wood and it creates something like "historical hint" with the whole hotel vibe. Last thing I noticed was led light near TV, which can be disturbing before and during sleep (I recommend to look for some red/orange foil for that purpose, e.g. from Hynek Medricky).

I liked professional staff, highly appreciate parking reservation in advance with visible labelling, my room "Royal" was super clean, very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, I didnt have a time to try wellness, so this is something I cannot rate properly.

The staff was more than perfect to communicate with, the breakfast at the hotel was fresh and good. the rooms are super comfortable, and the hotel is placed in the center of Kosice, 1-2 minute walk to Hlavna - the Main Street

The Hotel sign was not lit during the night.so you could not tell of there was a hotel at that location or just a regular.apartment building, from the outside, from.a distance. Otherwise, the hotel is pretty ok.

Wish we had had more time to explore the spa facilities, but anyway for a long weekend we had plenty of things to see in the city.

The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk through a colourful autumnal park from the train station, inside the old town perimeter with plenty to see a couple of minutes from the main promenade. The room was massive. as was the bed. Very comfortable. Very close to main road bus stop for the zoo, providing we had day tickets from the train station, but that also was close.

During my last stay spa was unfortunately closed, but that`s actually my bad luck not the actual issue with the hotel.

I am regular guest to the hotel so I know what to expect. Location is fantastic, rooms are spacy and interstingely designed, stuff is very thoughtful & helpful, parking spot is secured for free on the street in close proximity of the hotel, breakfast is outstanding and possibility of free spa is just wonderful addition - eventough I recommend calling in advance if they have it open during your stay. Throughout the years of my returing I can report that the level of service is maintained on the same high level. If you are considering stay in Košice I can open heartedly recommend staying in this hotel.

The breakfast is rather modest, otherwise there is nothing to challenge.

This nice little hotel is in the historic center, the rooms are really big and well equipped. Generally, the value for money is excellent. I have been here several times and always love to come back.

There is no elevator but there are rooms on the 2nd floor. Although it was in its box in the whole time, our dwarf hedgehog was charged with 20 euro for a night.

Fancy restaurant, great spa area. Reserved parking place is marked with the plate number. Downtown is only a few steps away.

nothing really except it did seem to me the bed was quite high up!

Amazing breakfast venue and just 8 minutes walk from the railway station and also 5 minutes from the beautiful city centre. Super friendly staff who were really happy to help. Breakfast omelettes etc made to order and well recommended to anyone staying in Kosice. The hotel was clean throughout, rooms were good and I had a massage and used the spa which was great!

Nice spacious rooms in a quite and central road of the old town of Kosice. very nice restaurant/breakfast hall with huge palmtrees in the inner court/wintergarden. the spa is said to be nice, but unfortunately I did not find the time to use it. Interesting and fair-priced massage packages (ayurvedic).

.The staff was amazing. The hotel doesn't have an elevator but they helped carry the luggage. We were late for breakfast but again the staff was flexible and served us breakfast. Excellent location, spacious room, available parking.
