The carpets in the passages need a thorough cleaning. The bulb on the study lamp by the desk didn't work.

Breakfast was amazing. Room didn't have a view but was immaculately clean. Wifi was great. The lobby is a great place to chill. I arrived early and they kindly accommodated me around noon.

Cocktails at the bar, was expencive and wasn't tasty at all. We end up going out for the drink outside the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is hotel geared towards business people and does this very well. Breakfast was very good, maybe the best on our month long trip. We had access to the premier lounge which had a good range of snacks and soft drinks. Short walk from the station. 15 to 20 minute walk to centre of town.

Bathroom had glass windows so you could see people in the toilet. .

Staff were very helpful and polite. Lovely room very clean. Good location for trains and buses. We got soya milk for the room for coffee. Free drinks in the fridge. Also, a lounge room with free snacks could do vegan snacks.

While I liked the restaurant and used it 2 out of 3 evenings, the menu was a little dull. Meanwhile the breakfasts were enormous and varied. The bar was quiet: clearly not a meeting place for a range of people (while I was there). But some people prefer that. I often do.

Bright, modern, and efficiently run hotel, with very helpful staff. The rooms were only serviced once every three days (I was only there 3 days) and to be honest, I was very happy with this. Towles and changes of sheets and toiletries could be made as required. Who needs a daily cleanout? The rooms are exceedingly brightly decorated and themed - adding to the idea of a fun place to stay. I enjoyed it very much.

From the moment we arrived early the staff were great, we thought we'd have to just leave our bags but we had a coffee and the room was made ready early. We had the superior room, it was clean and really comfortable. A great base for exploring Bratislava. I would definitely recommend the hotel and the price was fantastic!

Can't really find much fault. Very pleasant stay.

The location was really close to the train station (we came from Budapest). Was right next to a tramline and plenty of bus stops too. It's also walking distance to the city. Clean and very cool design for the room. Beds very comfy. Nice TV and accessories. Staff were fantastic. Really really helpful! It was my birthday during my stay and the staff left a bottle of sparkling wine as a surprise gift. Really nice stay here.

The lighting in the room is low and it makes the room dark. The glass bathroom with toilet in the room is strange. If you wish to have the room cleaned during your stay, you must additionally notify reception.

The hotel is in a quiet street, 15 minutes' walk from the old town. The hotel lobby is pleasant, the staff friendly.

The air con didn’t seem to be working.

Great hotel, good rooms, comfortable. As we had upgraded we had access to executive lounge with free drinks and snacks. Good room service Access to a paid car park under the hotel.

We left a ticked noted on the door for the cleaner to clean our room, provide us with new towels etc.. However, we returned back finding the bed messed up as we left it before going out and the clean towels were also left scattered on the messy bed and didnt even bother to place the clean towels in the bathroom.
