Very comfortable stay, excellent service, especially I liked the smoking room and how the staff were friendly and kind! I really like there was shisha available. The wellness center was very pretty - the outside pool and saunas were great. View from the restaurant - speechless! Very tasty food and comfortable room. Location is fine, easy to hitch hike from ;)

Breakfast could be better quality, especially coffee, which is made from powder . In the bar they have a proper coffee machine, but that coffee is not included in the price of breakfast

The hotel as a whole needs a bit of renovation, the rooms especially were a bit dated in decor. Wellness should be a quiet zone, since its not that big the sound travels and loud conversations or playing with children makes it really hard to relax. It's really a shame that being so nearby ski lifts the hotel does not provide ski bus or any type of transportation at all.

The room was spacious and bright, nice bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast buffet, filled with various different options. Generally food and drinks were really nice. I liked the outdoor hot pool and the wellness zone. The location provides magnificent views.

The facilities of sauna open after 16:00 what is a little late. The shower head is installed in the middle of height of bath tube, it is quite difficult to wash head and shoulders.

Location is very good. The view for the mountains is amazing. The area is quite quiet. The facilities of sauna are very nice.

More focus on eco and environment needed. Plastic bags and plastic cups should be removed or changed.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the skiing area. Very good wellness zone with saunas and swimming pool. Delicious food

The kitchen was great. Also the breakfast. Good slovakian and international wines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was amasing. The golfyard nice (we didn't play). The wellnes was large enough. The outdoor pool with a view to the Tatra is amasing.

The regulations that all of the guest need to present their ID’s is something they should work on. My mom who is older person forgot her ID and they informed me that all of the guests need their ID’s which frankly if you have a family of 4 coming to your location and you need an ID of 70 year old woman is ……… silly. I have traveled countries and doesn’t matter if I have booked 3, 4 or 7 rooms - I can present only my ID and that is all that matter. They should improve of that requirement.

View is spectacular. This is the second time I have spend time there. Great breakfast and menu for dinner.

The quality of the bed was terrible. The sauna is not a playground for children but supposed to be a relaxing area.

The hotel was old, the walls were paper thin, the shower corner had a plastic tub. Breakfast choice was also very poor, no alternative milk options, soya yogurt, no plant based butter. basically as a vegan you can only eat fruit and vegetables or bare bread.

The staff and locations were nice. Beautiful views.

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment, it felt a bit outdated in general. As a frequent traveller, I am not sure of the 4* rating, and for sure I do not think it offers value for money. For the same price, I have stayed in much more modern hotels, in city centres around Europe.

The pool was very good, especially the outdoor one. Food was good, staff was pleasant and everybody spoke English. We also appreciated receiving a room with mountain view.

only one dining room. Expensive. lobby bar no food menu. Spa facilities open only after 3:00 PM. Same for gym.On Booking.com called international hotel. Locally Golf Hotel.
