One minor issue was a slight smell in the bathroom that seemed to stem from a blocked pipe or so.

It was a strange situation in the restaurant during breakfast. The staff started taking away food about 10 minutes before the announced closure time, although we and several others were still eating. Normally, a staff member asks guests whether they need anything before taking things out. I felt uncomfortable searching among the food on the service table prepared to be taken away.

It is a nice hotel with a spacious room and comfortable beds.

The Staff are mostly friendly. The location for our needs was good and its within a 10-15 minute walk to the center. The breakfast has a reasonable choice too.

Hotel with high EU standards close to the centre of Michalovce in quiet residential area with ree parking, very good restaurant ad wellness (sometimes closed due to energy sitution..). Rooms are spacy, perfect bathrooms, high level of cleaness, nice staff and perfect food in restaurant makes is first choice in the city for hotel stay. Connection to painter Mousson is interesting and hotel decoration is nicely dedicated to his paintings. Breakfasts are perfect, hotel staff is realy nice.

- instead of spa (spa was closed due to something, i dont remember) we got 10 EUR coupons to spend on drinks in hotel's restaurant... - ...which were expensive anyway - it was a little more distanced from city than we thought (10 minutes to city center or bus stop in Sirava direction)

The reception is open 24 hours, this was ideal for us as we arrived very late at night. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean too. Breakfast good and tasty. Not a huge variety, but definitely good enough for us.

This is not the first time in this hotel and as always - great servis and hospitality. Clean, modern, quite, well situated. I would even recomended to the families with kids. It has amazing SPA (partially available as a package).

The selection in restaurant could be a bit more broad, I would welcome more salads and vegetarian food.

Exceptionally good restaurant with seasonal offerings. Selection is a bit limited, but everything I tasted was simply delicious. Staff was always helpful and cheerful. Room was clean, elegant and quiet. I couldn't check out the fitness due to pandemic restrictions, so I can't rate the wellness services.
