I almost had no sleep for 3 nights. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neughbours snoring. It was very hot, but you cannot open the windows, because big noise is coming from outside.

The lift is too small. The floor and walls are thin since we can hear other people walking and slamming doors.

Like all wallet-friendly rooms in capital cities across Europe, the room is small. Nevertheless, it's comfortable for a short stay.

The hotel's location is strategic, 1km walk away from the Main Train Station, a 5 min walk away from the Old Town. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was comprehensive and frequently refilled.

Wifi doesn't really work. Be prepared to use data. The elevator is high-key dangerous to use.

Perhaps the cleaning services could be a bit less noisy (the noises coming from the corridor were disturbing as I needed to work) and the elevator itself does not feel very safe, although given the age of the building and the price, it is understandable it is still the old unit.

The room was as described, I had a budget double room, with a quite spacious bathroom, a big closet, a tv connected to the internet and the little balcony. The breakfast was decent, the location is centrical, good for business trips.

Very nice room, great view from 6th floor. Professional welcome, quick check out, beverages for sale at the reception. Easy access with bus 93 from the railway station 2 stops. Nice small ballcony. Great value for money, I am coming back. Clear instructions per e-m a il before arrival

Paper-thin walls. I heard someone having sex below and people talking through the wall. Breakfast could be better, although quite cheap.

Clean white room with a big terrace. The terrace has a nice view. All the furniture was new and comfortable. The shower was great.

Its not a complaint its a something they should improve, 1- regarding the elevator, its kind of old please tell the clients how to use it during the check in 2 - soaps / coffee was very limited, I stayed for two nights but their was just one packet of coffee and no soap so I got after I asked from the front office 3- It would be great if you could provide two small bottles of drinking water in the room per day

The Front office was really helpful, and even the location is great, and the rooms are super clean . and even the toilets are very clean and spacious !!!!😌 don’t hesitate to visit this hotel and slovakia, You will not regret. I’ll be visiting again.

The bed because of its quality. It was noisy and it was "moving". In general the furniture are simple and low cost-quality, but this is smt you don't care so much when you stay for 2-3 nights.

The room was comfortable, very luminous with a nice bathroom. Kettle and fridge makes your life easier.

Large bottle of water would be fine if they had / were selling. Sometimes smell from pipes can be issue.

Staff acted swiftly to solve nuisance by other guests. Some art I had to take away from wall, because it was indecent.

I didn't like that upon the arrival I had to pay plus 3,5€/day/person for tourism tax. They don't write it not in the site, neither in the email they send you when you make the reservation. Also, I think 10€ is too much for the breakfast per person.

Oliver at the reception was really helpful, he was ready to help us to decide what to see in the city. The room was big, comfy and clean. Though it was really cold outside, the room was worm, well heated.
