Perfect location in a quiet part of Smokovce area, but in a walking distance from the busy central part. The accommodation was great, with everything we needed. No problem with parking and a great check-in experience, where we were shown all the essentials and got useful advice where to eat & shop.

Our bed was a bit noisy every time you moved while sleeping, so that was a little bit annoying.

Everything! The staff were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond when we checked in. It was extremely clean, and in an excellent location. The sauna was a lovely way to end a day of hiking.

A little bit old fashioned interior, furniture and etc, but everything is looked after and in good shape.

Very warm host, showed us a map, most popular hikes, gave us instructions how to reach main spots and so on. A huge thanks for that, it was very helpful. Spacious room, free car parking space, good location, walking distance to centre and main tram that gets to the mountain.

Place was near the town centre, just 15 minutes. We got biger room, which was really nice. Apartment had everything we need, little kitchen, spacious bathroom. It's a great place for hiking. The start points are near by. Staff was excelent. They tell everything where to find.

The rooms were big, and very well furnished. Everything was available, kitchenware, bathroom, towels. The balcony had a spectacular view to the mountains. The wellness is really good, unfortunately the sauna was out of order.

This is not the first time we have visited here. Amazing hosts, great location with a view of the mountains. Cozy and modern furnished separate apartments. After returning from the mountains, you can relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. We can't wait to come back here again!

Balcony with Tatra view was next to another balcony where neighbors were smoking almost all the time, so we could not go out as often as we wanted.

Rooms looked even better than on the pictures, apartment well equipped with electric appliances, cleaning products and basic cooking ingredients (like salt), Stary Smokovec restaurants and downtown was in walking distance. Parking place was available next to the building. Reception staff very kind and always helpful. Possible to reserve Finn sauna and jacuzzi for extra fee.

Great location, the apartment is very well equipped and clean, the staff is very nice and helpful - they provide useful tips how to get around / what to experience. I would really recommend this stay and I am not here for the last time :)

The receptionist was very kind and helpful and spoke good English. The kids had a good time in the well-equipped playing room. Rooms are spacious and cosy making the place ideal not only for a family trip but also for larger companies.

Qualitty of bed matrace is really terrible. I would highly recommend to change it, if the hotel wants to keep its high score. Also I would appriciate if the hotel provided garbage cans for waste separation (at least plastic/paper).

We visited this hotel for 3rd time and again enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is equipped with everything you might need. The rooms are spacefull and nicely furnished. Hotel has private parking lot.
