EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

The owner was amazing, he helped us with absolutely everything. He gave us hic contact so we could text him in any part of the day, and he answered even when we wrote at 11pm. If yo dont come with the car there is also a bus station that takes you to the center of San Marino but there are no buses on sundays.

Tea and coffee was extra.

Breakfast was not included as the property is not currently serving food but there is a local bar yards away that serves breakfast Croissants doughnuts and the like at very reasonable prices. Tea , coffee and a mini bar is in the room but all at extra charge. The rooms are spacious with quality furniture and beautifully decorated in a period style.

They have the space to set-up a beautiful breakfast but it still hasn't started running yet after covid. However there is a nice bar right in the plaza nearby where you can have delicious sweet or salty breakfast.

The architecture of the place is really pretty. The bed is big and comfortable, everything was clean, warm and the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The staff member Ivan was very thorough with all explanations via video, very accommodating when we saw him and also left us two San Marino cards to have a variety of discounts.

Some of the rooms could do with a little bit of extra care (slightly broken wall socket, light), but these were minor things and everything still worked in the room.

Nice property, big rooms with everything you needed in a quiet location for a great price.

There was nothing we could fault at this property

This property was well located for our visit to San Marino. In addition, it was in a small charming village. Our host was very helpful providing suggestions for cafes, sights of interest and tips on how to make the most of our time in San Marino. His property was spotless, had a large sitting room with authentic features and a large patio to enjoy the sunshine and surrounding views. It was excellent value for the price paid.

Needed some uht milk or creamer for the tea and unfortunately since covid breakfast and dinner not served at the venue. Hopefully this will return.

Old world charm. Great views. Spacious rooms. Host provided excellent video information on where to park, how to access the venue etc.

The size of the room and available terrace. Location was in walking distance to a cafe for morning breakfast. The hazelnut croissant was the best, great flavor. Ivan was great at sending an instrumental and instructional step by step video on how to check in and park as well as instructions for arrival. Great service, would return definitely in the future

I liked everything. No negative aspects at all

Mr. Ivan is an excellent host and manager. He sent me all important details before we have arrived. He is an excellent person. Accomodation is great, clean, spacious, well equipted. You will have everything you need. San Marino city is about 20 min drive and you have to visit it. I will definitelly return to Mr. Ivan's property :-)

It was a bit cold, but not such a big problem. The location is not easily reachable by public transport, and taxis are kind of expensive.

The owner is super nice, he was very helpful and wanted to help us make the best out of our stay in San Marino. The room is very spacious and the jaccuzzi was a big plus.
