All the things that were available to do and fast service. The grounds were well maintained.

The lack of items in the room. The hairdryer was broken. The shower doors do not cover the entire shower so it makes the floor wet and I have a few mishaps with slippery floors. It’s a hazard. The evening show for families was too sexualized, inappropriate for the kids we took or those with certain religious beliefs - on Holy Week.

Not many english speakers are available to explain how it works. I knew we had to book dinner at checkin to ensure we got a table, but the lady that checked us in did not give us an option of where we could dine, and the dinner was disappointing. The shower head in the bathroom looks to not have been cleaned. There was a lot of calcium build-up. The floor in the room seems to not have been mopped. The sheets, while clean, were clearly old and wore. One had a stain and holes. We stayed in 2310 and 2311. The place is not suited for anyone with difficulty walking as they have no ramps or elevators.

Making reservations for dining was difficult and I got hassled for not having reservations. What’s the point of all inclusive of you have to have reservations all the time and they turn you out because you were 2 mins late.

Too many people not enough chairs, bartenders were not happy, had to get up to get your drinks and only one bartender at some bars. Also didn’t like that when I arrived for breakfast I was bombarded by a lady wanting me to go to a presentation for 45 minutes (I’m assuming time shares) and I said no and the next day they were waiting for me outside my door.

The pool, beach, and steak house restaurant. It’s a great place for families.

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, pools and sea possibility was truly excellent. Very big and safe place to be. Security was in very good level. Lovely site.

The food buffet for lunch and dinner was disappointing. I wish there were better options. If anyone is reading this.. sometimes simpler options might be better. Our bathroom shower was broken and had no water pressure and was a bit cold.

The pools and beach was very nice. The property is really big but once you walk around a little you get used to it. There are a few very large pools so not everyone is gathered in one area.

poor functionality wifi at rooms. Poor functionality of app for food reservations. Guests must wakeup early (7am) to walk to lobby to make reservations. That is unpleasant if you’re on vacations

The bars only use the cheapest of alcohol and offered weird cocktails for a beach scene (lots of milk-based). the way you signed up for meals was very outdated. You had to stand in line at 7am to get the time/restaurants of your choice. Other than breakfast, lunch, dinner, there were few options to grab a snack throughout the day. For an all-inclusive, it was sparing in what they offered. Since I am not a native Spanish speaker, I had to find out a lot about the systems through observation. Very little was told to us upon our arrival. A welcome pamphlet in different languages, outlining the different programs, meal options, etc. would have been extremely helpful!
