    The air didn’t keep up in our rooms and it was quite warm. Water in the bathtub ran brown so unusable. M

    The view from our large and clean rooms were incredible. We are enjoyed dinner on the top The pool and workout facility were exceptional and breakfast was well beyond it’s famed reputation.

    lack of interest of the staff

    the room you can have a nice sleep there very clean maybe lack of ammenities in lome not many options so this is the best one but there is not much options so you have to go fot ir it is located in a central area walking distance to the market like 10 min there is restaurant called maharaja like 10 min walk very good the best in togo and for me the best indian food outside of india after 165 countries visited the food in the M floor the buffet is good 16000 and upstairs with a view 14500 at the moment frederic the driver of hotel very nice the staff is not friendly as international levels but togo economy could be the worse i had seen also with haiti the manager told me somethings but the staff doesnt care and dont follow orders in fact they offered me somethings to changd my impression but being analytical could give them a 4 but instead will do a 8 out of 10 i know they cam improve the food in 27 was not as good rhe sushi with smoked salmon not good but the chef was lovely also the executice chef downstars air conditiones in the room very good the levanese room service manager very nice but not like in others hotels you get in touch with the staff pool was empty could not find a towel alsp the spa they walk around too much to print a paper waited hours between concierge and guest services in general they should move more smile more and maybe get tips i arrived in benin and giving up tips to all all are working for it also in ghana i domt even compare them to bali or thailand or colombia anyway i put an 8 since i believe they will do better togo is not a touristic place

    The booking experience was poor. I didn’t know my booking didn’t include breakfast. I wasn’t informed I could buy breakfast directly from the restaurant.

    Sauna service didn't work properly. When we arrived, sauna was off and it took one hour to get warm. So important to notice that anyone booking the sauna, the sauna has to be on one hour before the booking so you can get proper experience. Also, the pool timetable should be expanded

    Great big windows to enjoy the view of the city and the sea but they don’t open so the lack of air circulation was hard on my sinuses!

    I booked two months in advance for a queen room, but I was told upon arrival that there were only twin rooms available. This shouldn't happen, especially if the booking was made long before the trip. Room didn't have any baths and towels provided everyday were super tiny.

    Hotel is well-located and offers good service, probably the best in Lome; particularly good breakfast and a pleasant pool area for dinner.

    No water left in my room on the first night ( I checked in late). When I asked for water, none available without calling room service which I didn’t want to bother with as it was so late. During the rest of my stay, I was given two bottles of water per day so I was more than satisfied.

    Fantastic selection of foods at breakfast; probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever encountered!

    The WC’s could use a little maintenance. The water kept overflowing.

    The management team should think about increasing the comfort in the room. The coffee machine, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers
