The AC was dripping water every now and then, which can be annoying if you are going to bed. The balcony door did not close properly.

Location was really good. It’s about 20mins from the beach and the busiest areas, but there are still many good restaurants and a 7-eleven up the road. Very clean, with change of towels and replenishments of coffee and water every day. The shower had proper pressure.

The Facilities are a little run down. The exterior could do with a coat of paint, some of our sheets had repair patches. However, the hotel was very clean. After tourism bounces back after the pandemic this probably would improve. Our local restaurant manager told us December is usually the peak time, but this Dec, of 2023 was quiet.

Pool was superb! Our room was good. We appreciated our view of the pool and the room size was sufficient for us. The beach is a ten minute walk or 100 bhat motorbike-tuk tuk. We loved all the good places to eat nearby. We would like to come again. The size of the hotel is perfect too. 4 floors in all. The Staff were always kind and interested. As our thai isn't very good we used our trusty Google Translate App occasionally.

Loved everything about this hotel. The room was big with a decent sized balcony and bathroom. Fridge, AC and kettle with Tea & coffee were great to have too. The pool was small but nice and the hotel is in a great location, only 10 minutes walk from the main area of bars and restaurants and 20 minutes to the beach. There's also a 7eleven at the end of the road and a self serve laundry, which is handy. Staff are lovely and friendly and really helpful, helping us with photocopies and providing the form we needed for immigration. Really excellent value for money.

A/C did not work, bed mattress was horrible, the linen sheets and pillows cases where dirty and not changed regularly, the air conditioner had to be cleaned and recharged when we checked in, the shower was horrible water everywhere because the shower curtain was to short, the tv was so small you needed binoculars to see it, and the place was very out dated, the pictures on the internet are not what you get when you get there, and the swimming pool was not cleaned once in the hole week we were there, it was horrible.

Beds were not so comfortable, staff don't really speak English to be able to provide proper information. But staff was friendly enough.

It's more affordable than other options. Not too far from main area. Quiet area to sleep.

We are remote workers. We made that clear when we made our reservation. We stayed for an entire week in Ao Nang Miti. During this entire time, there was no Wi-Fi in our room, which made us work from either the lobby or from a restaurant nearby every single day. We highlighted the issue daily, stating that this was a nuisance. It was dismissed by the management staff, who stated they would fix it asap - they never did. If we had known this beforehand, we would have chosen a different accommodation option. Our TV didn't work either; The soundproofing on the rooms is not good as well - your sleep will depend on how noisy your room neighbours are; The mattress far from being the best.

Besides the huge Wi-Fi issue - please read below - I'd say that our stay was pretty nice. The cleaning staff is super professional and kind; the rooms are spacious enough and very clean; the shower water pressure is good, the pool is big and clean; there is free toast, jam, and coffee every morning in the lobby; the location is okay as well - away from the noisy main road but close enough to still walk to Ao Nang Beach.

The WiFi connection was very bad, definitely the worst I've had in thailand so far. The staff were not helpful at all and barely spoke English. The location is a bit far from the beach but there was nice restaurants around. Also not alot of storage

The staff upon arrival could have been more welcoming and friendly. The property needs maintenance, the lift didn’t work from the 4th floor and the building itself didn’t look like the pictures. The beds were not the comfiest and we could feel the springs and the air con could not be set below 20. Location was okay, not on the Main Street but near a food shop.
