Other than that there was no breakfast, nothing else. It doesn't matter though since there are hundreds of restaurants and food options around.

It was right at the beach and had a very nice pool bar. It was also in a very good location with literally everything around and the airport being 10 minutes away.

We had to move rooms 3 times due to electricity not working and air con not working correctly which was annoying but staff handled this very well and ensured our stay was comfortable. Beds were quite uncomfortable but a topper was put on top with request. Another slight downfall with this hotel is in the evening we would go down to the hotel front with the pool and fire show for a drink and we were almost made feel like an inconvenience despite staying in hotel (only allowed sit in very restrictive parts of the bar area in front of the beach. The public was made the priority. This could be improved.

Constant ‘party’ music, would have been nice to have a nicer variety, especially during the day time, but this is just personal preference!

Early morning revellers a little too Loud when leaving and walking past the rooms

This place has a great pool party vibe, dj’s on the beach into the small hours, and great fire shows. The rooms are nice enough, but let’s be honest you’re not there for the rooms you’re there to party.

The shower barely worked, we couldn't wash our hair properly. The pool inside the guest area was under renovations which we weren't told about until check in. You need a swipe to get into the hotel area and then a key to get into your room. You only got 1 of each which wasn't great when staying with a friend and want to do things solo. The music at the pool area was good but was super loud from the minute it started, not overly relaxing at 11am.

I liked the location and the swim up bar in the pool.

Hotel dont have private beach and private pool for guest from hotel ,anybody from outside can go to pool if buy something on the bar,or you can rent the towels ,nothing private for people whose living in the hotel,in the room water flowed very alternately, once warm and once cold,gress could be smelled everywhere

New room with balcony ,bed has very comfort mattress,I have room at back of hotel and here was quietly.Hotel has private entrance to party club,hotel has dirrect access to beach,party every night was cool

Beachfront, nice pool, large balcony and we had views of the djs from our balcony. Vibes were great but unfortunately the music was not… it looked like Ibiza but with Benidorm music 😂 agadoo ect … therefore we spent more time at the beach than the pool. but this is common in Thailand. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful.

Rooms' door locking mechanism can be a bit difficult at times but just a minor issue.

Location is excellent if you like parties and loud music, however in room music is not heard too much. Very clean room and very well furnished (deluxe room). Just next to all restaurants, clubs, shops

There was renovation work going on which was fine. However rooms overlook each other so if the building opposite is occupied you must leave curtains closed for privacy

I was aware that Ark Bar has a party pool but if I ever go back, I'll defnitief book a room away from the pool. The music played until 2am every morning is just too loud.
