The resort is amazing itself, very comfortable with all the amenities you can get. We stayed in Grand Thai room with ocean view and private pool, which was very big and spacious for two of us, and the pool was just perfect size to enjoy in it, specially during amazing sunsets. The spa is great and we enjoyed the complimentary massage. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall would definitely come back again here!

Bar staff were too often innatentive and ocassinaly hard to find.

Actually there is nothing to complain about. As already mentioned, the hotel is a bit older and therefore does not have the latest soundproofing. I mean, if you have an inconsiderate neighbor, you will hear about it. But I have to say, I didn't see any backpackers in this price range.

The breakfast was very good and there was even champagne. The hotel is not the newest, but very well maintained. If something doesn't work, the service staff will be there immediately. In our room everything from the minibar was free. Was replenished every day. The room was even made available to us as an upgrade. Staff very friendly. The pool is big enough and looks well maintained. It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth 5 stars.

The whole main pool area needs a renovation and all the sunbeds and umbrellas need to be changed.

The staff are all really professional and service minded. The spa is great, went there every day. The food extremely tasty, best we have had in Thailand. Great a la cart breakfast. A sea view to die for. Loved the garden that surrounds all the buildings. Kids loved to play pickle ball and billiard.

I think the food quality could be improved. Also consider getting a room on ground level if you are with elderly or have join problem, going up the villa is tiring. I think having golf carts would be better.

Ayara was beyond my expectations, everything from the room to the views to the staff was exceptional. It was one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at, the staff was so attentive to what we needed, the resort was so beautiful and the rooms were kept clean at all times. The breakfast spot was beautiful just walking around the resort was so fun. It was also comforting that all the food was halal, thank you Ayara!

The hotel is great, the staff was caring and helpful. All was excellent. The food was delicious. The room was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and the view of the sea was breathtaking. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue is the distance from central locations in Phuket - not an issue if you're a couple looking for some place quiet, like us. I'm sure hope to return to this great place one day.

The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are a good size and were cleaned in the morning Breakfast was excellent, ala carte + buffet. A little far from the center of Kamala, but there was a shuttle bus for hotel residents.

The doors I wish we could locked them saver than this if u have kids. The curtain in the main door better be can't see through. The pool need to be renewable. The location is good but it would be better to put some lights in the way to the resort.

View so beautiful and the food was very very good and the way how to order the food is easy and smart. and it's a very quiet place the staff very nice. The TV is good. We enjoyed it

Wish there were more activities/facilities in the resort and room service food was better.

Staff were very accommodating and professional especially Mat and Amit who definitely made us feel extra special during our stay. The place was quiet and had a really beautiful and relaxing view.

Extwrnal Infrastructure could use some maintenance. Internals were good.

Staff were fantastic, food was good, room cleaned daily. Lots of steps and uphill walking to rooms, however vehicles on offer if you requested.
