Great little hotel, stunning Mountain View’s in the morning, staff were really nice. Pool was small but wasn’t busy so really like it. up hill walk to the property but was absolutely fine, we could walk to town in 10 minutes, would absolutely stay here again. Exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely top class hotel 😎 villa 1 was amazing, clean and absolutely apt 👍🏻 quiet, and not too far away from the madness.. although I do recommend a bike as the uphill walk is demanding 😰 however, the hotel have mopeds at £4 a day 🤣 beer in their fridge, and a great little splash pool.. I would highly recommend this place to any couple or family alike

great rooms, as mentioned in other comments it is a piece of calm in otherwise quite lively Patong, however walking in heat up the hill is sometimes a little hard (we didn’t rent a scooter, with scooter it would probably not be a problem), we were able to do an early check in without added costs, very nice host

I chose to book this place as it’s in patong and paying can be a bit much. It’s a little out of the main drag. Up a hill, which you will read many comment on. I’m late 40’s and healthy and the walk up and down is fine. I also had a scooter. But walked up and down everyday. It’s fine: the room was spacious, clean, had everything you could want. Lovely big balcony. I will confirm what other reviews say - staff can be hard to find. There didn’t ever seem to be anyone on reception - for me I liked that. I don’t like feeling like my every move is being monitored - I had a few ‘friends’ visit. I did take it upon myself to take a post it note and pen from the desk and left a message 1- had an issue with the safe (my fault) 2 - how to get laundry service. Within 20 minutes a knock at the door and all was sorted. The guy was lovely. Laundry is simple - put it in the providers laundry basket and leave outside your room - it’s done within the day. I loved my stay here. If you don’t want to be on ‘ping pong’ alley and you want access to the crazy but a haven away from it this place is perfect. Also walk to the top of the hill to restaurant ‘No6’ amazing. Highly recommend

There is some hill to climb, but it’s actually not that bad and eerie even was a bit happy to have it to lose some calories after eating a lot of local food :)

We had a fantastic one week stay. The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned to a very high standard everyday. The hotel also had a great laundry service and scooter hire making our stay very easy and hassle free. The hotel is set on a hill only a few minutes from the main town and our balcony overlooked central Patong town. It was a great peaceful location with an amazing view and very easy to access the main strips especially with a scooter. There is an amazing restaurant which also has a view of Patong only a few minutes walk up the road which we visited multiple times in our stay. Overall a very peaceful and quiet stay and would highly recommend.

It really isnt anything bad but if you are working remotely then there isn’t table+chair you can work from, but luckily i didn’t have to do much work and you can always go to a cafeteria etc for working. Also, the pillows are big and stiff- we didnt mind (and didn’t ask if they have other options), but just mentioning incase someone does.

The accommodation is perfect for a young couple or a friend group. So close to town but also in a quiet neighbourhood so perfect when you want to party and visit markets in the evening but also enjoy some quiet time by the pool. Very nicely designed and the outdoor area is comfy and gives tropical jungle vibes. The pool area is a bit smaller than expected but nevertheless it was more than enough for us! We travelled in may-june so that was the low season and i think at some point we were the only guests in the hotel, so that could have been the reason we had plenty of privacy and room outside and enough sunbeds. So keep that in mind when you travel high season-if you plan on staying by the pool the whole day it might get tight. The previous comments mentioned that the hotel was located on the hill- yes, it could be hard to reach for older people but we never had any problems, you’ll be sweaty either way thanks to Thai humidity. Taxis never had any problem taking us up and we rented bike most of the time and it was very convenient. You can rent the bike on the property with reasonable price.

Gap in bathroom window & couldn't shut bathroom door from outside so moths came in at night. Frogs a bit noisy with rain. No biggie😏

It's about 1.5 km from Patong Beach. If you plan to walk back, then be ready to climb the steep road towards the property from the main road. Also, if you have someone who can't climb steps, then this is not the right choice for you.

The property is really worth the money. Exceptionally clean, very good staff, nice pools to relax, spacious room with nice wardrobe, refrigerator and kettle. Also, nice Balcony.

The owner seems like managing the property by himself, no other receptionist. Fortunately he was quick to respond. The nespresso machine is dirty inside, the cleaner didn't thoroughly clean them. No AC in the living room. We stayed during the peak hot season and quite uncomfy with the heat + humidity

Value for money. The villa is spacious with sea view. Interior is modern, clean. Location is actually not as bad as other mentioned in the reviews (as long as you have motorbike). Quite central to foods and beach. Very quiet and peaceful location

The owner was not very helpful. When asked how to get to the airport, he said that the only way to go there is by taxi and unsurprisingly his brother is a taxi driver. But there is also an airport bus from Patong, which is ten times cheaper than taking the taxi. Not very friendly to try to scam the guests so that the brother earns money too.

I had some problems when arrive. I arrive late and the owner told me that they have no rooms free although I booked much in advance with booking. Apparently they had a much better option for a walk in then my three days. But in the end I got my room and the owner was fair to give me my booked room.
