The property is located right on the Patong beach and it’s close to all the shops and restaurants on the main strip. Rooms are ok, breakfast is fine, however it’s outdoors and it can get really hot during the breakfast. It’s a big hotel and very busy so it’s just not our preferred type of stay. Amenities are also a bit dated but it’s pretty clean. If you’ve come to Phuket to party - this area is great for you - however we enjoy our peace and quiet so we moved to Surin beach.

Swimming Pool water was not clean at all. If you are having any guest after, check in (single person) than any other guest shall be paid with extra amount. Even the room is booked for two guests. In house Restaurant food and beverage is expensive. Has to stay up to 2.00pm exactly for check in even you came little early to the hotel and also check out shall be strictly 12.00 noon and there no grace time. Waiting room area not sufficient to accommodate all guests.

They have a ridiculous policy in which you have to book a taxi to the airport the day before and not when you check out + were not helpful at all when asking how to get a taxi...never heard such a stupid policy in my life and cost me over an hour in wait time - reception team are not great and saw many issues with people getting frustrated with them.

Smell of weed every now and then through vapes I think, needs to be banned around the hotel, not good with so many kids around too. Check in was a bot of a pain, didn't get room until about 3.30pm and had to keep on going up to ask

Very comfortable stay, great location and staff around the pool and restaurants were really great. Room was good and great view from the balcony of the sunset. 2nd time we've stay here, and would come back again.

We all found the beds very hard to sleep on. The mattres does need a memory foam overlay to have a comfortable sleep.

The location was perfectly close enough to everything. We were there as an extended family to celebrate granddaughter's 21st birthday. The service we received from all staff was fantastic. The breakfast was great. I liked that seating was outdoors and that we could all sit together for breakfast 😋 Live band every night made even more fun. We didn't need to venture to the nightlife strip. We booked a pool access room and that was the best room for pool use.

The bed was not comfortable, very hard! The breakfast was nice but didn’t change much and very cramped set up so you were bumping into people.

The location is very central to everything and walking distance to Bangla Road. Very helpful staff! Fabulous pool!

• The pool is old and some tiles are broken inside it. One of these broken tiles cut my daughter’s knee and unfortunately needed stitches. Nobody from management ask about it or apologized.

The live music was audible from our room, with all the windows closed and the AC on.

The whole asthmatics of the hotel was beautiful. It had an amazing wrap around pool,swim up bar, and jacuzzi. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. Amazing toiletries the hair conditioner was so good. The food was really good. The hotel had a beautiful water feature with huge carp swimming around This hotel it directly on the beach too x

The bed was a bit hard for our liking and there were some tiny ants in the bathroom which were a little annoying.

Staff and location were excellent. Steps to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. Good food st the hotel and an excellent pool with swim up bar. Had everything you needed from a beach bag, robes and extra towels for the pool.

Needs a bit of upgrading especially the pool area. Room didn’t have an iron or ironing board you had to go to the laundry to iron your clothes. Fridge was on the small side. Mattress was really hard.

Beachfront and close to everything. Staff are great are very accommodating. Room was a good size but could do with a bit of upgrading. Like that it has a laundry room with washers and dryers.

Pool opening hours could be 7-8 to cool off after dinner would be great! Breakfast from 6am as many day trips picked up at 7 and it was too late for breakfast!
