Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicNestled in the city's core, our night at the hotel was a journey through time. The musty hallway hinted at years without renovation, while worn carpets and dim lighting whispered tales of neglect. Venturing beyond guest areas revealed a scene of disarray, with abandoned corridors and forgotten corners, a stark contrast to the polished facade.
Perched on the 83rd floor, our breakfast experience soared to new heights. The expansive buffet spread offered a delightful array of options, pleasing both the palate and the eye. However, amidst the breathtaking views, the equipment showed signs of age, reminding us of the passage of time even in this lofty setting.

United KingdomHowever, the hotel is a bit dated and as a result, there's squeaking coming out of the corridors (probably the pipes) which can be heard in the rooms (fixed with earplugs), and the wifi in my room at least kept getting disconnected (which was also fine because I had available data to use). The location is okay in terms of distance to the attractions, but right outside the hotel felt a bit unsafe for a female solo traveller.
The hotel has an amazing view from the top and the rooms of the whole city and I was very impressed with the buffet menus available as well as the breakfast buffet, bars, restaurants. The staff were super helpful and polite. I was able to take the shuttle every day which drops you off at the big shopping centres and very close to the hop on/hop off bus too. My room was cleaned daily and I had a bathtub and a shower at my disposal and toiletries provided. You can stay at the hotel all day if you want to as there is plenty to do (gym, spa, mini golf, fruit buffet, floating market, pool) Some reviews mention traffic at the lifts, however i never had any issues. As expected for a high rise building there are different lifts for different floors but the tourists there visiting the rooftop are using different lifts so there is no disturbance of hotel guests.

IsraelQuite difficult to reach the hotel by a car/taxi in busy hours. We spent an hour and a half instead of 45 min Transfer to the airport railway link is only one-way and in limited hours. Transfer to the Siam Center is also limited

AustraliaA little confusing with the elevators. And reception on level 18. That threw me. But not a reason to be negative about the hotel.

NepalThe smoking room is all smelling, so do not opt that. The rooms are asking for little makeover. At times the lift may be very busy and crowded.
The breakfast is very good with lots to choose from. The location of Breakfast is too good, go for 81th floor. The street and other market start just outside the hotel, so convenient for shopping. Swimming and restaurants esp the18th floor Tee garden is beautiful.

ItalyThe only downside is the smell of sewage in the bathroom and not having power sockets near the bed!
first of all a special thanks to miss supansa!! she knows how to listen to the customer and satisfy him with her kindness and friendliness. thank you so much Supansa! the hotel is a little dated but has tons of activities that allow the guest to stay inside and enjoy the food and the spectacular view of the hotel. there are many things to do and you don't get bored. the location of the hotel is good and what makes it all good are the attractions you can do from the eightieth floor up. it was an unforgettable experience! Thank you.

AustraliaHotel is quite old and rooms are looking a little dated. Minimal furniture in living room. Was disappointed that the room did not look like the photos on booking.com
Great location, excellent and varied selection at Breakfast. Room fairly quiet, very spacious. We appreciated having a separate living room, as well as the bedroom and large bathroom.

LuxembourgAs most comments in Booking.com I must agree that hotel is outdated, our room was smelling a lot like humidity, lot of chaos with the elevators and how to use them.
Nice view from the high floors, access to observation floor.
