The view from the room was quite unpleasant, it was a flat roof which would possibly be improved with some nice planting but as we didn’t spend much time in our room it really didn’t affect our stay.

The riverside location of the property was lovely especially being in the middle of a busy city. The hotel I located a littler further away than most of the things going on but they offer a lovely boat service up the river which is a lovely way to travel into the heart of the city. The staff were very accommodating of every need we had, the breakfast buffet was brilliant, they catered for a wide variety of visitors and the quality was exceptional. The price of drinks and food within the hotel are what you would expect of a 5* city hotel but certainly value for money either way. Highly recommended.

Beautiful pool area. Lovely location, close to the centre and easy via free shuttle boat but far enough out to feel relaxing after a day in the busy city. Amazing gym.

Perfect oasis for relaxation, staff great especially peach and team at the restaurant. Breakfast staff ok, thank you to all. Pool great, bed lovely, room needs updating but we were upgraded from last time which we appreciate and the view was good

The pricing of the spa was fairly high for this area. It was a beautiful facility, but still overpriced treatments. The decor in my room was a little outdated, but in all the common areas was beautiful.

Incredibly beautiful property, grounds, decor in the hotel. Staff were so friendly, helpful, and professional. Loved the little on-site coffee shop. The riverside setting was lovely, and the shuttle service to Sathorn and Icon Siam was amazing—convenient, frequent, and comfortable. The pool area is absolutely fantastic.

We had a very nice room with a sweeping view of the river and the city. The breakfast buffet was huge with an excellent selection of food. The pool is situated in a lush garden. We will gladly return to this hotel and resort

Lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was great with so much to choose from. They also have a choice of restaurants with some of them having live music.
