Right on the beach, helpful staff, close/walking distance to town. Great cocktails. Restaurant had both Thai and Western option. Value for money! Thank you for having us :)

This was our most expensive accommodation due to a mix up with our original reservation at another resort. Value for money is not good, but considering we were forced to book this last minute we kinda knew this before arriving. Room rate quoted at reception was 30% more than on agoda which is usually the other way around.

Lovely and peaceful bungalows which are at the seasfront, hard working friendly staff. Loved the location, the beach, the reserved sunbeds for residents only.

The restaurant closed at 7pm - the prices are upscale! It was not easy to communicate as the two sisters who run the place don't speak much english. -but in the end it always worned out :)

My bungalow was spacious and near the beach - housekeeping was excellent as well as the organisation of the resort. Everything worked out nice!

Amazing location right on the beach and near enough to the main centre of town to get dinner and drinks but also far away enough so there is minimal disturbed sleep. Host was so lovely and even drove us to the pier when we missed the taxi! So kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely bungalow with good shower and facilities. Stunning beach with private sun beds with umbrellas!

It was a bit overpriced I think for what you got (could also be that we were traveling during peak season so prices were extra high) but i think you can find better for that price. Dark in room, not so much light. Bathroom a bit outdated but hey you are on an island so cannot expect too much. A little far away from the main street

The sheets had a funny smell so I had to have them change the bedding. They immediately remedied the problem.

Location was great… Bungalow very spacious with balcony… Nearby all restaurants and attractions.. On the beach which was perfect to walk to all the beach clubs…

Staff. Pre-stay they messaged me weird things about me wanting a refund (I never requested one). Then they charged me 50 percent of our stay. Weird stuff. Then they didn’t pick us up from the pier even though we confirmed in messages via booking.com, then when I asked them about it they ignored me and made excuses. Staff was not friendly in my opinion.

Amazing location - right on the beach and quiet at night. Clean comfortable room. We loved it. Would have given it a 10/10 if not for the rude staff.

The hostesses, two ladies about 60-70 years old, reminded me of my grandmother, very frugal)) Water was only given out on the first day, I haven’t seen anything like this on the island in a month of living here. Everything is quite a bit overpriced relative to prices on the island. ) Get back to the pier 200 baht per person in a truck). in other hotels they took me for free in an air-conditioned taxi. There is a feeling that this is business logic) Ps. I don’t know how it was in other rooms, but in mine the air conditioner was very poorly installed and was blowing right in my face. The bed is heavy, I couldn’t move it. but the room is large, it was necessary to move it, it would have made my sleep much more comfortable.

Huge room with an absolutely gorgeous balcony, lived on the 2nd floor. Beautiful view of the sea and mountain. Squirrels, birds. country house feel. You can combine rest and work. The internet in the rooms is quite weak, but excellent in the bar and restaurant area. plus there are places with an outlet. you can work fully. music is rarely played) The place is suitable for families with children and a working dad. Discos are a 20-minute walk away, you can’t hear them, but you can walk along the beach. Shops and other restaurants are there too. The sea is shallow, the beach is sandy. If you swim well, after 50-70 meters from the beach you can already see fish. overall quite comfortable. The restaurant liked more European dishes, such as chicken with avacado. They brought me a mosquito coil while I was working at night. It was very touching.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The gardens between the apartments needs some work - we couldn't walk without shoes from the apartment to the beach. No operating restaurant at the resort. The beach loungers and umbrellas were broken and old and needed replacement. The beach had low tide when we were there - not the resort's fault but it makes the beach not great for swimming due to all the coral and rocks.

Room was spacious and clean - serviced daily. All facilities like aircon, fan, safe, fridge, free water daily etc. Location right on the beach. Bathroom was clean with hot water shower. Easy to walk to many restaurant options along the beach and along the main road. We hired scooters from Bow Thong - in very good condition. The staff that cleaned the apartments were very friendly. Our check-in was easy and the lady was friendly. Her English was broken but good enough.

location location location !! all the way north of Sairee Beach where the sand is white and the water is so clear! a bit walking by the beach (300/400m) to reach nearby shops and restaurants. we got upgraded beach front 😎😎😎

We stayed in two different rooms. The first one was a very old room. Even though it was very clean, it really felt almost uncomfortable to stay in. It felt like lots and lots of people used it. The second room was much newer and didn't have the old feel the first one had. . The outside of the place is neglected. Saying all of this, it is still a good deal because of the price.

The price is fair. The beach is beautiful

Set in quiet area on the beach but walkable down beach to busy areas , good size room and comfortable bed ( when we arrived the bed was two singles push together but after I pointed it out they changed it immediately to a large double) so hats off for customer service ) restaurant on site but didn’t eat there but it looked good, shower pressure was excellent and hot , aircon worked well

The people on the level above me had a party one night, although this was supposed to be a calm place away from the crowds and the floor seemed to be pretty thin, so I heard everything and the staff did not seem to care. The cleaners came almost every day and woke me up once, because they only knocked once and then went in with their key...

Lovely place right at the beach. Calm, clear waters and fine sand. Perfect for sunset watching. The room was spacious and mostly calm. It was clean and the aircon worked well. It got cleaned almost every day.
