Now this did not bother me as I was expecting it, but do not stay here if you want to get an early night and sleep, the music goes late into the night and the walls are not soundproof. Entrance is hard to find when you arrive, it's tucked away deep inside the building under the sign. But once you know where it is it's fine.

Nice spacious room, clean, comfy bed. Great location if you want to go out and party or experience the madness of Khaosan Road. Staff a super friendly and very helpful.

Taxi's could not come into the road where the hotel is located, as it turns into a party / shopping road. We had to get our taxi's at the end of the road.

The Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The WIFI was also great, didn't face any lag. The staff were super helpful, friendly and informative. There is Mcdonald's below and 7/11 across the street, which made things convenient.

The bathroom was missing anything where to hang wet towels. The furniture had the charm of the old days, but also clear traces of many years of usage. The pool didn’t appear very clean, as many people didn’t use the showers before coming from the street and jumping in, the showers were not really well visible (we had to ask if there were any) and there were no signs asking people to use them.

Room was to the back of the building and amazingly quiet, despite all the weekend parties and loud bars on Khaosan Road, and even in the same building. Comfortable beds, even reading lights (rare!) and a balcony. There was a rooftop pool with free pool towels.

Music from Khaosan Road was very loud throughout the night, so may be an issue if you are a light sleeper, but apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Excellent stay overall, staff very helpful with organising taxi to airport and allowed us to leave bags for the entire day after check out (Flight was at 2.30am that night)

The room was dated it really could use a little upgrade.

location is good, street food and vendors cheaper than other locations in Bangkok. I was not bothered by the noise at all. Bathroom renovated while the rest of the room was dated, however some might like the charm appeal. 200 Bhat to go by Taxi to BMK and Sukhumvit. I was shocked to see so many people on the street at 5AM when I left for the airport. Would I stay their again YES.

During our stay, the internet was temperamental but when it worked it was accessible from all parts of the hotel. Due to the location it can be very loud at night with music, shouting and singing, but when you choose to stay on Khaosan Road, what do you expect? Also due to this, a couple of guests were loud at points during the night.

We stayed at Buddy Lodge for the last few days of our trip and it was ideal. The rooftop pool was often quiet and the Deluxe King Room we booked was airy and incredibly comfortable. It included a private terrace and a decent bathroom. Its location on Khaosan Road puts your right in the heart of Bangkok and a 15 minute walk from the Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Food stalls, souvenirs, bars and restaurants are on your doorstep. The staff were helpful and we were able to extend our stay until 5pm (for a fee on 1000baht) as we had a late night flight.

The smell of weed as soon as we stepped outside the lobby area. Drinks at the rooftop pool were so expensive compared to the bars on the street.

Right in the middle of all the action. We could hear music in our room until early hours, but it didn't bother us. Good price. Walking distance to palace. Rooftop pool was awesome!

It was a little hard to find with the entrance being in some sort of mall, but for the rest not really an issue. The room was a bit outdated but gave a cozy feeling.

It’s very well located in the middle of Khaosan road. You don’t have a lot of noise coming in the room despite the loudness of all the clubs and bars.
