Toilet door inside water came out while showering. Need to sealed properly. Otherwise the rest we love it.

The bathroom is missing of a laundry string to hang washed undergarments. And the trash bin is not the appropriate one. I suggest to replace the trash bin with a foot pedal for a more sanitary function. The housekeeping took and threw out my personal travel water container. I was upset, ofcourse. I warned the supervisor and other female housekeeper that cleaned our room that they should not take nor throw out anything on the table unless the guest throws the item, even an empty water bottle, to the trash bin. 🤨

Very convenient location. Hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, little bit noisy because it was facing the main road. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Elevators are too small and hot. Everywhere in the hotel, other than the rooms, is hot. Not sure if they turn on the AC.

Lifts in hotel are super-slow. It took ages to pick any of them.

Location is perfect for shopping, eating and also for traveling around the Bangkok. Room was spacious, we also enjoyed swimming pool, fitness and kids club. Staff in hotel was very friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel is currently under renovation and it gets a little cramp and dusty.

The room is spacious and had all the facilities we need. I love it’s especially the washing machine as we travelled as family and needed to get clothes cleansed everyday. The location is excellent it is nearby to all the tourist spots within walking distance. Eg. Tofu skincare, malls such as pratunam/december/big c/central world, night markets, 7e, massage saloon, street food hawkers all below the hotel.

The mattress was quite worn. The slippers were quite thin and we were given same pair throughout our 4 nights stay.

However, there were stains on the sheets and pillowcases. The air conditioner also emits some strange smells from time to time.

The aircon is noisy, water leaking from ceiling, should be due to aircon. Road side can be quite noisy.

Slightly bigger and warmer swimming pool would have been a bonus.

Room was larger than expected, also had a balcony. Very convenient having a microwave in room. Complimentary coffee and cold drinks in lobby whilst waiting for check in was much appreciated. Head waiter at breakfast very attentive, ensuring eggs were made just as we liked them and delivered them to our table. Assistant at sauna was very helpful and polite..

Breakfast could be improved. Some staff at restaurant side are not very friendly, hope that at least they could smile once. There are some kind of urine smell at the corridor to Main Road.

I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. From outside it looks too old, yes it's a old building, but most of the rooms were renovated and looks super new and rooms and bathroom deserves the 5 star ratings (love the size of the room). Super clean and modern bathroom. Nice pool with a slide and Jacuzzi. My 3 years daughter very much enjoyed the kids club (play area). Easy access to Platinum mall from main road. Easy to arrange airport transfer from Hotel, as separate desk is there. Very happy with staff at the reception as she allowed us to check-in after keeping some dollars and ask to exchange dollars to Thai Baht from outside as Hotel rates are always not good and visit some time later to make the full payment.

Laundry - This area need to be improved with newer modern machine. Two washing machines and two dryer, one of them was not working. The charge was affordable THB 90 for 50 minutes for each machine. Detergent provided.

Location - 3 minutes walking distance to Patrunam night market, Platinum Malls and less than 20 minutes walking to MBK Mall. There is a lot of convenience store like 7 Eleven, 100 Bath Shop, Massage Parlors and street foods hawker. Just next to the main road. Easy to get transportation like Tuk-tuk, Taxi and local buses. Staff - Friendly. Check in and check out went smooth even though during peak hours. Room/Bed - We booked two connecting rooms completed with kitchen facilities. The design a bit dated. Toilet - Clean and water pressure is fine. They refill the shampoo and bath gel every day. Kitchen stove and Microwave - Most important thing when you are travelling with kids. You can prepare the light meal for the kids before head to any mall or restaurants. Internet Speed - Up to the level. I can do my office work remotely without any hiccup! Breakfast - We don't go for this opt because Bangkok offers so many things to explore. Other facilities - Airport transport arrangement. We booked Toyota Fortuner for THB 900 from hotel to Don Mueng airport. The car was clean and good driver.

Hot lift so make sure you don't get stuck. The outside city is smelly so accept it.

Big space when it is so close to city. Free cool drinks. Great value. Great light. Small balcony so flies are outside. Lounge is small as given to bigger rooms.

The lifts were as described in other reviews; slow and poorly ventilated. This is the same with the corridors outside the rooms. Not sure how this can be addressed by management.

The staff were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us with additional plug adaptors. The room was well maintained, good working air conditioning, lovely kitchen with a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bed was lovely and firm, and we had the best time sitting out on the spacious balcony.

The elevators. I hope they have 4 or 5 functional elevators. Waiting time is long :(

The presidential suite was much better than the pictures. There was even an outdoor shower that my son loved to use. The kitchen was nice and complete with utensils. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
