Checkin was a little slow. Took over half an hour on arrival.

Great location next to the river. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Access to riverboat to take you to main pier. Access to club room was great. Lovely pool area.

The Chatrium Hotel is nicely located next to the Chao Praya River in Bangkok. It has a large pool overlooking the river. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony overlooking either the city or the river depending on client preference. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We again enjoyed staying at the Chatrium Hotel and will booking the hotel again when visiting Bangkok.

What a beautiful property!! we had a balcony that faced the Riverside. We had a wonderful view and the property is very clean. The buffet breakfast was the most amazing buffet breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel before!!

Nothing much to highlight however our bathroom inside the room had a bit of a water leak into the toilet (not a big deal).

Hotel facilities are amazing; food in the restaurant is also phenomenal and the staff makes you feel at home.

I liked everything

The suite was gorgeous, with a large balcony looking over the river. From the cleaners, reception, concierge, and waiters , they were all helpful and performed their duties outstandingly. This was my third stay, and the standards of the Chatrium Riverside are outstanding. A special shout out to the gentleman at the concierge(I forget his name, sorry), went beyond to recover a lost phone in the transfer taxi. Thank you. Your efforts are truly appreciated. Breakfast was outstanding, and we loved sitting outside overlooking the river. The water taxi was super easy for us to get around, connecting us to the station, and it worked like clockwork, never late. The hotel is walking distance to the beautiful waterfront, massage, laundry that will be delivered back to your room in the hotel, and many restaurants that are the true Thai restaurant experience. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you, Chatrium Riverside.

Family-Oriented Hotel: I arrived at the hotel around 6:30 AM, and they graciously allowed us to check in by 10 AM. Additionally, they stored our luggage in their storage room and granted us access to the gym for refreshing ourselves and our family. Furthermore, they accommodated a late check-out until 1:30 PM. The hotel offers complimentary boat services to Icon Siam (three times a day) and departs every 30 minutes to Sathorn Pier, where you can catch a ferry to various famous destinations. We opted for the deluxe room with a river view, and it was definitely worth it. Pool: Awesome! Toilet: It was a bit slippery and had an unpleasant odor, but not excessively so.

We needed to catch a taxi and the hotel were very helpful in ordering this for us, however this occurred when the international school next door was closing and the road leading to the hotel entrance was also used for student pick up so there was very heavy traffic. It is recommended to walk a little away from the hotel to get a taxi during this time, especially if you need to get somewhere on time like the airport.

The pool overlooking the river is great to cool off and breakfast was substantial with a huge selection of asian and western options.
