Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My favorite place to stay in Krabi. Location is ideal for quietness away from the city centre... less than 15 minutes by walking..... The manager and staff are amazing and friendly..... I have stayed in 3 different rooms which were all wonderful..... but maybe pool view side has won over me. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Krabi.....

This is not a 5 star hotel but one of the best we stayed in No complaints......
We were in a standard family room. it was on the 6th floor with an elevator. This consisted of 2 rooms. one with a large single bed and a couch. and tv and a second room with a tv and a king size bed. both beds were comfy. room were big and clean and a dark wood based decor which my wife liked. Large shower area. Buffet breakfast. with a good selection and fruits. I had fun teaching the girls how to do eggs sunny side up and with mock servility they served them to me and we had a good laugh. The pool is large with a shallow section walled (like a spar for younger children. )The pool was warm and comfortable to swim laps or just sit and chat with people from all over the world. Good selection of restaurants and street food The manager was friendly and informative. Well recommended.

Bit far from the main attraction in the city center. Too hot to walk 1 km. AC a bit noisy.
Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed, pool and breakfast was OK.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in order to visit the krabi immigration office. Perfect placement for popping over to sort visas (we were in and out in 15mins). The staff at the hotel were really nice and very kindly photocopied the documents we needed for immigration. They also arranged our onward travel to koh samui easily and cheaper than online prices. The room was spacious, good aircon, nice little balcony, comfy bed and very clean. The pool was an added bonus and a nice space to sit and relax. The super friendly neighbouring cats also liked to visit reception for a fuss which to us was the icing on the cake!

No complains. Everything was very good.
Convenient breakfast and delicious. The room was spacious and the furnishings had character; the bed was particularly nice, a four-poster one with a canopy. The bathroom was clean and spacious also. The room had a nice balcony. I only stayed for a night but felt very rested.

The pool is a great bonus but needs a little attention.
The rooms are old style Thai with dark wood and a lovely four poster bed. There's a small refrigerator in the room and we enjoyed cold beers on the balcony. The water pressure in the bathroom was awesome. The location is great and the hotel was easy to find.

My one and only criticism would be the insects at breakfast time. There were lots of ants on the table and even in the serving spoon resting dish at one point. Also some fly repellent fans on each table would provide a better dining experience.
Friendly welcoming staff. We arrived a few hours before check in and there host very kindly invited us in to have breakfast. Lovely pool. Big spacious well-decorated rooms and complementary water. Good breakfast.

A nice pool. A pool bar was advertised but didn't seem to be in evidence.
Spacious rooms in atmospheric hotel. Very courteous owner: we were delayed and unable to come on the first night and the owner kindly didn't charge us for this.

Chose this hotel because we decided we’d island hop and otherwise use the pool; it is a very good value for this otherwise location is far from the beach if that’s what you’re looking for (tours will come pick you up anyway). It’s a quiet area (but a few tasty restaurants 10+ minute walk). The bathroom shower had a smell probably bc it’s an older building but it wasn’t a big problem.
Big clean room and bed with huge window to let in lots of sunlight, AC, balcony that looked out to the street but there was a nice palm tree to view. The hotel itself is very pretty with a lovely pool surrounded by palms so even though it’s on a street in town it feels to be with some nature. The breakfast is very good with nice fresh coffee and thai/western options. Staff is extremely friendly and even put out some bread and fruit for us when we had to leave very early before breakfast.

The cleanliness in the room could be better especially in the bathroom. The mattress was a bit hard for us. We did not use the pool because it seemed dirty.
Very friendly staff, helped us book the airport transfer. Room was big , spacious with big bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and everything was fresh.

We had a beautiful room with a balcony. Breakfast was nice. Really kind and helpful stuff. U should book tours with them. A bit out of downtown. That's why it's pretty quite. By motorbike u will be at the food market at 5 minutes. The Pool is pretty cool ;)

We stayed here for 10 days then we decided to extend for another 2 weeks because of the location. It is safe and quite neighborhood. The hotel is not that far away from the Thara Park where locals exercise in the morning and evening. There’s 7-11 next to the park. If you love walking,Krabi is a half mile away. You can rent a motorbike on site as well as tours. Very friendly staff, free breakfast( great selection of food) and a nice swimming pool. The building is very airy.

Breakfast was really nice! Varied, included Thai and continental. Lovely pancakes. Very nice orange juice. The location was good. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to Krabi town centre and food markets. Nice quiet location.
