Good location, staff friendly, rooms where clean and the lady who cleaned our room was great. The breakfast was lovely but outdoor furniture could be cleaned before breakfast as lots of bird droppings in them

Breakfast and spa were abit pricey. The swimming pool tiles were sharp in places. And had to track staff down to get a drink near the pool.

Location was good, staff very friendly. Room was very clean and shower was huge and plenty of hot water.

Spacious rooms

Rooms were very spacious. We had a family room with a large double bed (super king) and then the kids had bunk beds. Nice soft, clean bedding.

Too crowded during the first two nights and some repair needed in common areas. Some noise during the night.

We booked a room with king bed, but once we arrived they said they have only twin rooms with single beds (without any apology). As we came as a couple with a baby who sleeps in our bed, we insisted that we need one king size bed. Only after long disputes they ‘magically’ found a room with big bed. So the welcome was terrible.

We had a room on ground floor with direct access to the pool, so that was really nice. They have nice kids play room.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. The worst during or 2 weeks in Thailand. First of all it has has a feeling like a school canteen, a big caos, noisy, dirty tables..... A lot of warm food but the quality and the taste is low standard. We always love the breakfast in Asia as it is always so different from the european style, full of taste, great variety of food, but not in this hotel. If you like sweet things for breakfast this place is not for you. Only pancake with some terrible tasting jam and one muffin. The "orange juice" is full of sirup, you can not drink it. Fresh fruit: Don't wait the usual tropical fruits like papaya, maracuja...etc. Only apfel, watermelon and eventually ananas if not missing from the table. Again, you won't be hungry as the canteen is full of food just unfortunately no taste, no quality. The whole hotel was not as relaxing as we supposed it would be.

This is much more good 3 star hotel. There is nothing big problem with this hotel but also nothing special. Location is Ok, a good 15-20 minutes walk from the beach or the boat service station. Rooms are quite big, clean, but missing charme and decoration. There is a big balcony but vithout any view. Of course you can book the swimming pool acces room but be aware that you don't have a private pool so no privacy, children playing quite loud all around the pool till late evening. You can use the pool till 9 pm. I suppose these rooms could be perfect for families. The pool area could be nice with the trees all around but unfortunately we could not found it realaxing, too much noisy. According to the size of the hotel the pool is quite small, it is long (more small pools afer each other ) but very narrow. And there are only a few sunbeds availabe. In the morning at 9 am already all reserved. however after 5pm it was easy to find 2 beds at the pool. We liked the location and the room but this was not the experince for which we would return.

Room cleaning was a bit slow. All day excursion with make up room sign. Room not done upon return at 4pm. Not so bad really.

The men handling the bags were terrific, helpful, always smiling.

It’s not possibpe to buy glass of wine at the pool bar. Area around pool could be freshen up.

Pretty big resort. We liked the place even though we booked double room and got upgraded twin instead. Room was clean with great facilities. Great breakfast, western food as well ( cheese ) Would definitely stay again.

Wifi was poor, room a little dated, tv was about 15 yrs old, Bed a little hard. Restaurant at breakfast was very busy, but I guess it's a large hotel....

Loved the swim up room. Loved the balcony and the various places to sit or sunbathe. Slippers and dressing gowns, beach bag and towels was a nice touch.

It is a short walk from the street with the main traffic, but manageable.

The room is very clean. The hotel staffs are very helpful in providing us with a lot of extra tissues papers and toilet papers as some of us are sick. There is a 7-11 nearby so it is very convenient to get supplies.

There weren't that many sunbeds so sometimes it was hard to find free ones to enjoy the pool.

Swimming pool more like a private one for one's staying in ground floor pool facing rooms and was very small..suitable only for kids. The coffee machines in breakfast hall was dispensing drop by drop making a huge wait for a cup of coffee
