Best location. My stay in level 32 with Club lounge access was truly exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the extended happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, where I savored delicious food and complimentary alcoholic beverages. The experience was simply amazing! Excellent customer service, rooms were sparkling clean, nice comfortable bed and endless supply of water bottles for free. Hotel has direct access to BTS Station which made it easier to travel to tourist destinations.

Beautiful hotel, staff are very kind and helpful, breakfast is 10/10, great varieties, fresh, delicious. Great location, next door to the BTS station, the room and the bed are clean and comfortable. The pool is 25 m long, good temperature. We have enjoyed the morning GYM and swimming. We had a great time staying in this hotel. Will stay again definitely!

I can't remember anything bad :)

Very big, comfortable bed. We also got an extra bed for our soon. The room was very clean with an amazing view. There is a train station with access from the hotel and it was great, especially considering the traffic jam in the city. Tasty breakfast.

The only thing that would have been convenient would have been a small smoking area near the pool, but we understand this might be due to legal restrictions and not something the hotel decided.

The pool and amenities were amazing, the breakfast buffet was lovely, staff is very attentive. Location also great if you need to get around Bangkok using the SkyTrain. Rooms were also isolated very well against the noise from the big road outside.

Everything was just great. Nothing to complain about.

What an excellent choice this hotel is. We had the deluxe room executive package and it was all worth it. The huge corner bathroom was amazing. The staff at this hotel was the friendliest and helpful I have ever seen. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices both thai and western. Very conveniently located next to BTS station. The pool is nice, really big. It was never crowded. I totally recommend this hotel.

It is our second time here and Eastin does not disappoint. The executive lounge access was really great. The Manager for the executive lounge was super attentive and caring, providing great tips on locations to eat. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was great as well.

Great location, with direct access to the Sky Train Station. Very well run hotel. Had great room on 23rd floor. Fabulous breakfast. Really cool infinity pool and bar on the 14th floor. Happy hour from 17-19 hrs. Fabulous Blue Elephant restaurant next door. River transport 1 stop away. Siam Square less than 5 mins away by sky train. Great staff. Organised taxi to the airport for 500 BHT.

Amazing hotel to stay, Great ambiance, breakfast has lots of of variety , pool side is nice to spent the late evenings , all the staff members are very helpful and go a extra mile to make you feel comfortable.we Surely will be staying here again in our next visit .

The bathroom light could be brighter

Riew, the concierge was very helpful with taxis, finding tour guides and tips. He was also very patient with all the tourists. Also, the tour guide Riew recommended (Norman), was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

be extremely difficult to use in the shower The water doesn't come out stable.Hot water comes out immediately after hot water comes out, and then cold water comes out. Guest houses are fine, but not because of the expensive hotel.

Nothing to dislike at all

Lovely clean property with excellent facilities, easy access to MRT. Pool area amazing, really good vibe, views and the perfect blend of attentive service and being left to relax and enjoy, club lounge fantastic, breakfast great. Husband used the gym several times and said it was one of the best equipped hotel gyms he has used The biggest asset of this hotel is its staff. Every single staff member was professional, friendly, gracious and went out of their way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The club lounge attendants were really top notch and the young man who was doing the house keeping on the 32nd floor was an absolute delight. Would not hesitate to return and hope to soon and will definitely be recommending Eastin Grand Sathorn to anyone and everyone
