    Nothing, it was great

Very lovely apartment with two bedrooms and a living area. Nice and modern inside the apartment with a more traditional feel to the breakfast room and lobby. The breakfast was basic but perfect for our needs. The pool was lovely and clean with enough sun loungers and all the staff were very friendly

very loud air conditioning - it was impossible to have it on during the night cause it was so loud; there were ants in the bathroom, lot of them; breakfast offer is very poor - scrambled eggs, toast, jam, watermelon sometimes pineapple - that’s it.

for that money, you can’t expect that much, so value for money is ok :) nice garden and very kind staff, great localization - it is exactly in city center of Chiang Mai

If you are looking for type of hotel to enjoy spending time in relaxing there are probably places with better facilities like a restaurant, larger pool, more extensive breakfast buffet and communal spaces but this was perfect place for us to explore from and take day trips from.

Great location central to Chiang Mai old town easy walking distance to all the historic sites and markets. Had a small pool to cool off in and large clean room with fridge and tea and coffee facilities.

Bed was on a platform which didn't understand why as getting in and out a bit difficult. Breakfast not very exciting.

The hotel location is close to the centre of old town. Many restaurants options in any direction. The pool, although on smallish side was very clean and had a pleasing grassed area with sun loungers.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. and room was a little bit dark.

Cozy hotel in the old town of Chiang mai, perfect location close to the major attractions excellent restaurants. Small swimming pool surrounded by plants and green grass was perfect to cool yourself down after a day of sightseeing or trekking in the north of Thailand. Breakfast was good with verity of fresh fruit. Very friendly personnel.

There is complimentary breakfast and a pool but again, don't expect much because this is not HIlton. The complimentary breakfast is run by a sweet woman (miss her signature "Morning-kaaaa" "Thank you-kaaa") and her mother/aunt. Drinks include cow's milk, coffee (from a machine), guava and orange juice. Food comprises of two fruit choices for the day (Watermelon + Dragonfruit/Mango), selection of crackers and cereals, white bread with basic condiments (butter and jam), and one "Asian dish" (alternated between congee, pad thai and fried rice). This was all complimentary so I can't complain; it fills your stomach. The pool is incredibly small and was hogged by a family of 5 for the time we stayed there. Looked like a nice area but again, just way too small. Would've been nice to try after a long day of walking though.

Location is splendid. Smack bang in the middle of Old Town (which is where you want to stay if it's your first time in Chiang Mai). For first timers: it's down an alley from the Old Town's main road; Rachadamnoen Rd. Also, it's next to a school but they're not very loud (even when they're singing). Room is decent, don't expect anything too fancy, but it is large enough for two people (and we got the smallest room on our level). Room is decently soundproof despite being next to the elevator, but no neighbours in their room can be heard. Primary toiletries are provided: q tips, shampoo, and body gel (bring your own toothbrush).

    Breakfast could have been better.

Breakfast room was a little cramped especially early in the morning as all travellers who were going on tours would descend at the same time and there was little room to move. Different cultures tended to dominate and their expectations doninated over other more polite cultures. Staff in the breakfast room and at the reception as well has housing keeping staff were very pleasant and polite. Rooms were cean and the bathroom was also clean. Good hot water. Thehotel had renovations and they provided adequate notifications around the hotel and on their website. However, the noise did not disturb us much. The pool though small was adequate and well shaded from the very hot sun.

The rooms were a little dark in some corners. The drainage was a bit slow, but not too bad.

Location: Very sentral and convenient to walk around. Just off the road to the Sunday night market. not too noisy. Easy to get a Grab or taxi if needed. Room: We got the largest apartment with 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable with a lot of space. Good value for the space given. Breakfast: Breakfast was adequate. Simple eggs, sausages, ham, toast, a fried rice/noodle, cereals, fruits. Coffee, tea, juices and milk.
