Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing bad to say.
The rooms were quiet, but it's a great location for easy access anywhere. Markets and fab street food are just a few minutes walk away. Beds were nice an comfortable. Loved the panoramic views from the 25th floor restaurant and the outdoor seating/pool area on the 23rd floor. The 17th floor (outdoor) also had great views and a nice place to chill late in the evening.

United KingdomThere was not anything we did not like.
Firstly the hotel is in a fab location. Close to the river to jump on water taxisThe room we stayed in was the Junior club family Room that was over looking the skyline (Balcony). The room was big bigger than what we expected. The beds were so comfy and bedding cleaned everyday. We where located on the 17th floor and there was no noise! The Bar on the same floor was a treat we had a couple of cocktails.

SwitzerlandWe were placed at 17th floor which is next to the Bar. It was abit noisy to be frank. I can see them trying to make upgrade on their rooms, but the toilet's light can go brighter, so do the entire room, as there were all small dimmed lights and total of 5 lights. I have a balcony included, but there wasnt a light outside when it comes to night, the light was broken and need to be fixed. The gardener always water plants at 9-10am and I always get "showered", maybe the gardener can water the plants gently instead of impressing the plants with "water-show." (if you get what i mean). I thought it was raining for a moment.
Location:- The location is perfect definitely and thats the reason I chose the hotel. Room:- We booked the family room, it was spacious, they gave welcoming snacks. There was a changing/luggage room for you to place your things and mirror for you. Should have taken a 2-toilets room as there were 4 of us and its quite troublesome when it comes to a schedule which we need to rush. Breakfast:- I remembered when I was young, I came here with my parents and breakfast was really the only thing that will want to keep making me to come back to the hotel. So after 10 years, I came back to the same hotel again, but the breakfast is abit disappointing. The coffee machine wasnt working well for first 2 days, there wasn't proper hot water dispenser, the coffee/ tea cups were not the same size, (maybe just me). Umm, the breads have very limited choices, there were alot of porridges and soups options.

United KingdomThe area smelt badly of sewage and at times this smell came through the air con. The hotel was attached to a shopping arcade which was mostly abandoned and deserted. Swimming pool was disappointingly small without a view.
The room and view out of the window were fantastic. Bed was quite comfortable. Netflix on the TV was a bonus. Rotating restaurant was nice. There was a variety at breakfast, so something for most tastes. Short walk to a river boat stop for public transport. In the heart of china town.

PolandNoisy air conditioning
The hotel is like a pearl thrown in the middle of Chinatown. Inside, the staff is ultra friendly and helpful. The room we had had a beautiful view of Bangkok, which was stunning. The room itself is a bit tired and its glory days are a bit behind it. The air conditioning is noisy - you need earplugs to get a good night's sleep. Or turn it off at night, which is not always possible due to temperatures. Good breakfasts - everyone will find something for themselves. From the hotel you go straight to the largest market and the cradle of street food - Chinatown. This is a very characteristic place and it is better to be aware that it is not very hygienic here and sometimes the smell of durians mixed with sewage fumes can make you feel sick. But the experience is one of a kind. Being in Bangkok and not being here is like not being in Bangkok.
