Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast selection is quite limited, suggest add more items.
Hotel is connected to shopping mall, this is really convenient! I like the room, the washing machine is a bonus! Room is spacious!

Checkout at 7 am was very slow. As they provide multiple services from the reception, my checkout was delayed even though my car was waiting and the bill was cleared. No express check out option. Also one thing with this property is that they hold an amount for the entire stay on the card (separate from an additional security amount) which takes days to clear and is separate from the actual bill. This can be an issue on many international credit cards as some countries have many restrictions on foreign travel transactions. For a long stay, this might be an issue and it should be clarified closer to the booking instead of at a time closer to the stay. In room dining menu options and breakfast spread is good but not impressive.
The property is clean & beautiful and very well located. I have stayed here repeatedly and might book in the future. I like the environment of the hotel, good atmosphere for a family stay. Feels safe as well. The BTS station is connected to the hotel which makes transportation around Bangkok easy. Terminal 21 shopping mall is also connected from the lobby. Good amenities and the view from the rooms are very nice. Staff at the concierge and bell desk are very friendly and helpful. I booked the limo service to the airport, which is a good option to consider for a car ride to the airport.

Breakfast is nothing special. Morelike lower average 5 star. But clean. Bed matreas seems quite old. The edge of bed is not comfortable (not even level).
Location is bad traffic zone but worthy. Suite having a washing machine is perfect for family holiday with children. Connected mall.

Nothing. Everything is great.
Very central and convenient. Large room with a magnificent view of the city. Great amenities and a swimming pool. Right next to the Terminal 21 shopping mall with abundant choice of dining and shopping options makes this hotel best for my family. Highly recommended and will book again.

Good location. 5* hotel. Clean. Efficient front desk staff although the deputy manager I spoke to once could not answer a simple query about where to find a nearby restaurant with good local food. Towels provided were not of 5* quality.

Great room with beautiful big windows. Perfect location to BTS and MRT transport. Loved our suite- roomy with a very comfortable bed. Great air con, great facilities although spa wasn't working. Also need to add housekeeping are fabulous at their job. So lovely to always return to an impeccably clean suite.

There is unfortunately no bar.
The staff were kind enough to give us the same corner room we had last time. Breakfast is still very good and the location is outstanding for those wanting to visit Bangkok for several days. You can also easily connect to the BTS and then the airport train.

The water in the shower wasn't terribly hot. The curtains could have been darker to stop the light coming through. However everything was brilliant.
The location was amazing. The hotel staff were polite and brilliant. Good amenities in the room. Amazing complimentary snacks. Really comfortable.

There's only one thing that stopped me giving it a 10. When ordering a taxi or Grab they have to go into the shopping centre before arriving at the hotel. This adds about 20 minutes to the journey, real nuisance - shame.
Almost perfect in every way. I travel a lot and will use this hotel next time. Very good.
