The room might be more spacious, especially the bathroom - a shower next to a toilet and a sink in the main bedroom was not so comfortable. For someone, the location might be a quite far from the "center", however there is a great shuttle service.

The location of the hotel with a private and one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Tao is great. The service is on a high level, the staff is super helpful and nice. Breakfasts were good with a plenty of choice, the evening restaurant is average. We enjoyed calm and holiday atmosphere and we will definitely be back some time. Thank you!

The room was extremely dirty. A lot of black hair, dirty pillows, ripped, old, gray sheets were worst than in the worst hostel. Dirty windows, and under the sleeping table bunch of dirt and hairs. No isolation in the windows and doors. There is no safety net in the bathroom so I meet big black jumping spider. The cleaning lady even do not exchange the towel with dead spider, only put it upside down. The hotel is overprices and all bad opinions here are right. Delay with bar opening and expensive food and drinks. Food was fine but nothing special.

Beautiful common spaces, pool and view for the sea. I like Dave from the stuff, he was super nice and looks like good person.

Room could have been a bit cleaner, but was standard for Thailand. Some handywork could be better (e.g. the balcony doors don’t close properly). But this is complaining on a high level. We stayed nearly 3 weeks and were very happy.

Beach view from the room, atmosphere by the pools and at the restaurant, happy helpful staff, overall a really great place and surely one of the nicest, if not the nicest, on the island, with reasonable pricing compared to other places. Food and drinks (breakfast okay, and dinner really good) were also really good.

The hotel is located on the most amazing place, with a wonderful beach. I love the hotel. It is not very central, so you have to rent a scooter or go by taxi. We rented a scooter and it worked perfectly. I would definitely come back.

We got the room that isn’t sea view as we booked and same as photos.. and in real hotel doesn’t look like a 5 stars as they seems. Also, we waited 15 minutes by the bar by the pool and no stuffs come around. Not enough stuffs to take care of guests. It’s like we booked the room. Not for service or anything else. Disappointed.

The property looks stylish yet needs repair. The room looks a bit used and tired. It is possible to swim in the sea only until 11 am, after 11 am water gets very dirty.

We stayed in the room with a stunning view over the sea and jungles. The property has a very nice pool area and offers different activities like SAP and kayaking for free. The breakfast was amazing - wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Great coffee!

The pillows were pretty flimsy and the aircon blows right onto bed so didn't sleep the best. Hard to get a seat at breakfast as it's like there are too many guests for the space.

Staff here were amazing. Super friendly and helpful even when other guests were rude to them. Loved the balcony over looking the ocean.

The public toilets need cleaning every hour as they were filthy! The toiletries provided in the rooms were not great, we used our own. Heads up!.. The resort is based down a hill and the hotel rooms have steps to climb so not a great option for anyone in wheelchairs or need help walking. One needs to make use of taxis / or scooter rentals to get out and about.

We booked The Beach Club by Haadtien which is really a three star property. The huts on the beach are Haadtien Beach Resort which is the four star property - had we realised the difference, we would have booked the huts. The resort is massive, and the Beach Club rooms are a little run down, and obviously the older part of the resort. Small toilet and small shower. Furniture and rooms need some attention and upgrading but they are comfortable. We had a Seaview terrace which was nice. Reception staff were helpful and friendly as were the pool staff and restaurant staff. Some of the breakfast ladies were grumpy though and not so friendly. The outdoor areas and pools are very nice. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We had the Friday evening fish and seafood buffet which was lovely. The beach is dreamy and wonderful! There are boat taxis there which can take you on island tours or other beaches.. We went to Freedom Beach and also did the Island tour and snorkled with turtles which are in same bay as the resort! The resort does provide free shuttle services to/from the ferry pier if booked beforehand. Overall a pleasant stay but would recommend staying at the Haadtien Beach Resort.

The only thing I didn't like is the view from the room. We booked an ocean view however our view was mostly blocked by trees which was a bit disappointing but nevertheless the resort is absolutely beautiful.

The location is absolutely amazing, the resort itself very beautiful and well kept. We loved the beach and the facilities which were provided by the resorts and we really enjoyed the breakfast as there were many selections to choose from. I very much recommended it for a day or two. It's truly a great experience. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and we appreciate the transfer from the port to the resort.

Almost nothing. Our room was quite a climb with many stairs which was a bit difficult as my wife is pregnant. But the view made up for it!

Amazing, friendly staff. Everything was well organised with a daily shuttle to town. The location right on the beach and the spa was a highlight! Privacy and view from the rooms.
