Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It wasn't a big issue we didn't get 3 rooms together. Room 201 had tiny worms in the toilet when the floor is wet. So my sis-in-law uses the toilet for shower in room 202, which was good. Room 303 had sewage smell, the air con had to be manually turned on even when the room card had been inserted. Wifi was poor. The smell got worse on the 2nd day and i requested a room change which was done that evening. Room 505 was good. Wifi was good! The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved though. Dirt on floor can be seen at sofa's surrounding and a cotton bud stick can be seen peeping out from under the bed's corner.
Breakfast was really good ! Lotsa of variety, even had Thai milk tea ice cream. The pool and the view from the pool was amazing. Polite and helpful staffs. Location superb !

1. The air-con compressor in my room is a little too loud when cut on. Light sleeper will definitely be affected. 2. The hotel has been there for quite some time. It's a bit rundown. But for the price, I think it's still worth it.
1. The location is superb. 2. Amenities are great, got Boots, McDonald's, 7-Eleven, lots of street food, salons/barbershops, restaurants, etc. 3. TV channels in Englsih and Mandarin are available. 4. Staff are super friendly and helpful. 5. Room service. 6. International buffet lunch at very reasonable price (Fri to Sun only).

Given room 711, the full height window can be open full swing which is dangerous. Air con barely works No more free breakfast W accommodation

The room was not very clean, if you moved a sofa or the curtains you would find dirt; We never turned on the television and when we returned at night to insert the card it was always on, it gave us the impression that the cleaning person was watching TV instead of cleaning thoroughly.
Breakfast has many options, you can select Omelette or fried eggs. Most of the options are Thai breakfasts with rice which we are not used to. The restaurant staff is very attentive and willing to help you with any questions.

Everything is satisfactory; however, I have a suggestion for improvement. It would be beneficial to install a lift for the convenience of customers. It was a bit challenging to navigate to the 4th or 3rd floor with luggage without a lift.

The facilities need to be refurbished big time, the shower head is leaking, and the toilet flush is very odd..., also the noise by the hallway maybe someone doesn't know how to be respectful when you are in the public
The location is great,just a few steps from BTS(sky train)easy to travel around bkk. The staff is friendly and helpful

There are not much eateries along this street. Although Mcdonalds is there and street food was there at a rare instance but most of the restaurants are very expensive

I didn't get to swim because it was being maintained. I would have liked it if this information was boldly stated.
I liked the location. It's convenient to go to different places by BTS. I liked also the breakfast menu. And the room was clean and spacious.

The hot water in my shower didnt work. After speaking to reception, staff assessed and said it was working, but again ,only worked for about 10 seconds

I find most beds in Thailand to firm. The pool was closed due to maintenance.
