Bee handled all our enquiries very well. She relocated us to the quieter area of the hotel, helped us with activities and gave good discounts for local tours (cheaper than advertised prices). Great staff, recommended place to stay. Beds are not the best, hopefully they will change them soon 😊

The pump for the pool was not working so the pool was dirty. We enquired about when the pool would be cleaned on two occasions and it was only on our 3-4 day that we were finally told the pool pump was broken and had been broken since covid. We had paid the extra for the pool so was very disappointed this was not made clear early on or on booking.com. If the pool had been working like on the photos this could very well have been a 9, possibly even a 10 rating for us. A real shame!

The staff were amazing and Bee helped us secure a private car rental which was fantastic. The rooms were well proportioned and having the large fridge was very useful. A balcony with table and lots of different options of lights made this a very nice accommodation. The location to a market was useful and the lovely Library Koff cafe just round the corner was quiet and serene. If the pool pump was working, this property would have had a 9 or 10 for us.

We booked this thinking we could swim. The pool was dark and not circulating, it does not look the same in the pictures. A shelf fell off in the bathroom, the staff were very quick to fix it.

The pictures of the exterior of the hotel look like the pictures online. However, the bedroom is questionable. Moreover, the bathroom was awful, and taking a shower was challenging, as there was no water pressure. This part of the hotel, for me, was terrible. Therefore, they should improve it!

The location is great and not far from the city center. The staff was really friendly too.

Great little hotel with a small resteraunt and pool. Its a family run affair and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the fact that it is a little out of town and you will be looking at a 100 baht ride to get into town, its a little too far to walk.

The reception was super friendly. After a request to have a room next to my daughter, I was upgraded to a large room on top floor. The pool was shaded and cool. Although the hotel was a little outside the old city, it was comfortable and quiet- great for the price!

Friendly staff, wooden stairs to our room were a bit worn out, a 15 min walk from city center, nice food market is close, 7/11 is close aswell. Everyday we got new bottled water.

There was not shower plate, which made it a little bit uncomfortable. Cash payment was required, which is very common in Thailand, but they didn’t mentioned it on the booking.

The staff was very kind, first night we arrived, there was no safety box in our room and the lamp did not work. We told them and next morning it was all fixed up. Every morning we had new towels, 2 bottles of water, coffee milk and sugar, even tough we didn’t have booked it. Recommend it.

Very cool hotel with a big pool and spacious hotel rooms with balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant very good! The gym is quiet small but had everything we needed. Overall a very good hotel, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed stay in Chiang Mai.

The pool water was murky which is never a good sign. It had a strong smell of chlorine. The room we had was dark not very appealing, The furniture was old. The hostel has seen much better days and the signage and furniture is in much need of some TLC. Our room was sandwiched between groups of backpackers who returned, noisily, a in the middle of the night. The hostel seems to be frequented by backpackers - predominantly French, for some reason. This is not a 'boutique resort' - it's a hostel in all but name. Dangerously low wooden railings. It's a long walk or 100B (one-way) in a Grab to anywhere interesting (night market, etc)

The hostel (not hotel/resort) is near a local market which was a nice surprise. This was useful for shopping and breakfast. There are local amenities nearby (massage, salons, etc). It's not in a touristy area. The pillows and mattress were comfortable. The 'open mic' session was entertaining and we were given free fruit by the staff which was nice.

It didn't look like the pool was very clean so we didn't swim and it felt like you got what you paid for in terms of room cleanliness and facilities - ants in the room, some stains on the sheets, etc. It took a while for the AC to start working.

It was a good value and close to the city center about a 20 minute walk. The staff were also very nice and friendly.

was really disappointed with the pool, water looked really dirty, liked it’s not being filtered or cleaned, couldn’t see the bottom of the pool through the murky water so didn’t go swimming. bathroom drain sometimes smelt a bit and the Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work at all.
