nothing to dock a boat ... very dangerous after we booked a boat trip from your hotel. The morning, there are a lot of leaves, you should start sweeping around 10 a.m. rather than 6 a.m to avoid the noise... we were woken up early in the morning because of the movement of brooms

The room I stayed does not look like the room picture in booking. The bathroom is not as bright and small, and only have shower curtains.

The first thing a hotel should provide you with is a place to sleep. This hotel failed at that. The maintenance of the hotel isn't great, and in my case it was the a/c unit that wasn't properly cleaned, resulting in it freezing and cracking all night, making sounds that kept me up all night. The staff was responsive the next day and fixed it, but they did not even properly apologize - let alone offer some kind of compensation (anything, free coffee? Something symbolic even) for ruining a whole night (and following day) of vacation for me).

The hotel is pretty, sitting by the river. It's quiet and relaxed, including the breakfast and pool location and the rooms that are quite spacious. Definitely has potential to provide a better experience.

The outdoor restaurant was infested with mosquitos. The hotel gave me bug spray, and I had some of my own which helped too.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The included breakfast was nice. Fresh fruit every morning. About 15 minutes outside of the center of the old town. One evening, I had the hotel call me a taxi. Another day, the hotel arranged a driver for a half day for B1500. The driver was so nice and took me to two great temples, of which I paid B50 for a tram ride up to it and entrance fee. The driver accomodated my request for a boat ride for B550 which was great too. I had a wonderful stay.

The pool could have been a bit warmer

The breakfast was buffet style and there was an excellent assortment of food options, both Thai and Western. I also liked that breakfast time was from 7-10am for those of us that are late risers.

Bathroom could be more bright and modern. But consider the price you pay and the stunning setting you get, It is definitely the place to stay if you want to escape the noise from.the bustling city. It is not fare, that people who stayed there gave such a poor valuation.

Very relaxing and quiet place. Nice swimmingpool , wonderful unspoiled river views. Especialy at sunset, when the oposite river side is iluminated by the last sun rays. But to enjoy all this, book a room with river view. The garden view rooms are set back around a pond near the hotel entrance and opposit the restaurant.But anyway, the whole atmosphere there is peaceful, even if there is a narrow bussy road. Most of the guest are Thais or from surrounding counties.

Location, poor room quality, poor staff who don’t speak a word of English. Very poor and unhealthy breakfast quality. No reasonable dining options nearby and hotel has no restaurants for lunch or dinner. Place too far from city and not easy to get taxi back in the evening

Breakfast was terrible! Traffic noise from road was bad! And could hear people in next room because of adjoining doors! Bed was uncomfortable! I’ve stayed in much nicer and more comfortable hotels for a quarter of the price!

The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner and that was very disappointing, one reason we choose this hotel was it advertised to have a restaurant available to avoid driving each night.

The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was very convenient.
